If Ray Haffner is Red John, then why would he pay someone to bug the CBI?  He had permission to be in the CBI office anytime he wanted.

He could have bugged the room himself, so why would Red John run the risk of exposing himself by hiring a private eye to do something he could do himself.  Further, the bugging makes no sense at all any way.  If the private eye were to listen in on the conversations in the CBI, she would put two and two together and realize that the person who hired her to bug the room is the suspect the CBI is hunting. 

Therefore, in my opinion, Red John is not Ray Haffner.

S2E10 

We saw Patrick's teenager ages as " Wonder Boy" , at the background of van there is pyramid incomplete and on the top of that pyramid you can see boy's head (ANOTHER ILLUMINATI SYMBOLISM) 

So, Red John will be a physic person a REAL PHYSCIC who is managing s demonic/satanic organization against Visualize. 

Jane always said there is no such a thing a physic, Red John will be.

Could it be Patrick himself? Maybe he has a duel personality.  The famous poem tyger, tyger can refer to the fact that there is a real symmetry with RJ, being another PJ' personality. Also in 5X02 Charlotte who can represent PJ's subconscious said:  "Does anyone know who you are?"

Also the fact that RK knows so much about PJ .it seems like RJ is trying to say something to PJ.
In the episode 5x22 RJ said: "until you catch me, or I catch you". But why RJ should catch PJ? He already showed that he can reach PJ and all the people he loves. 

Moreover, PJ is a mentalist, with the ability of hypnotize people. He could have hypnotized people to kill others, or to sacrifice like Timothy Carter did. 

Maybe RJ has a tattoo on his arm, but do we have ever seen PJ without his suit?

..but in the end..I don't know..
 I can't wait to find out who RJ is!

LEFT HANDED AND POINTED OUT A LITTLE TOO OBVIOUSLY. It almost seems like they are all pointed stuff out on purpose. Like they all know what Jane is looking for. Anyway he is giving off the vibe but he lacks confidence I feel

To the people who insist that Red John is some gorgeous lady's man and that the women who are his accomplices are besotted with him in some sexual manner - therefore RJ must be incredibly charming and sexy ...

Remember that RJ is a mentalist who uses hypnosis. He can manipulate the minds of (for example) a Lorelei Martins through hypnosis etc. RJ may as well look like Smith, Haffner, Partridge ... Bosco or Laroche for that matter. The look is not relevant when you can use hypnosis.

Why do you still believe that Partridge (specially) and / or Bob Kirkland aren't dead ? I would say you like the conspiracy. Allright! But let this conspiracy have a good and plausible plot! I saw many theories in which is said that Partridge might be stillalive because he's dead body haven't been seen. But you have seen his lively bloody body. That thing doesn't matter to you ?
It amuses me tou believe Kirkland is dead just because you've seen him being shooted from back side. In other circumstances you wouldn't believe he is dead.
Bret Partridge and Bob Kirkland are both DEAD !
