I laughed at Cho so hard in epsiode 5 of season 6 beauces when he talked with that blond girl he was like:never mind,and he's face was like this: -_-
It 's Patrick.... He suffers from multiple personality disorder. I'm sure some of you will point out the scene where RJ has him tied to a chair. Well, Jane is crazy. We just saw what was going on in his head, not reality!!!

I think that RJ is Bret Stiles.
We know that RJ is afraid of heights.
Kirkland and Partridge are dead.
Haffner is afraid of spiders. (we saw that in the hotel room)
McAllister is afraid of birds. (we saw that on the roof of the chappel)
Bertram was send by RJ and that mysterious organisation to find out what Jane knows.
Smith said to Kirkland before shooting him in the back that the organisation is recruting mid and low level agents too. So he is one of the recruited making it impossible to be RJ.
That leaves Bret Stiles.

Jason Cooper says in Red Barn that "The police never took reports from Visualise seriously (25 years ago)." That's why they supposedly didn't report the barn murders. So Visualise, start to recruit people from law enforcement, while the younger members who go into law enforcement get a leg up in to then, newly formed Tiger Tiger organisation. Redjohn grows up and takes over.

Hey guys,I'm here for like 2 weeks and read almost every theory about RJ. I'm not sure who red john really is, but I'm very sure about the point that Lisbon has something to do with him, wether she's an actual helper or just a "spy" that looks after PJ.
Do you remember the scene with the boy who got cut out his tounge? (sorry, I forgot se + ep) He wanted to say something to/about Lisbon but wasn't able. She looked and kind of "smiled" at him in a strange way. In the latest episode Lisbon had that same strange look again when PJ stated that RJ has a tattoo on his shoulder. Maybe she's concerned about how much PJ already knows? Maybe the list that PJ gave her is fake, or at least half true and Lisbon realizes that PJ knows way more than he's telling her and the whole team.
Maybe PJ is also aware of the tyger tyger organization and that's why he put all those on the list. Remember the other fake list where he put some bad people on it that didnt deserve to live? Maybe it's the same again, but that would be kind of repetitiv. That's why I think, that RJ is not on THIS list, but on the list in PJ's head. For all I know, Bruno Heller said that we could trust the list, but that doesnt necessarily mean that he's actually on that list.. sooo I dont know. Proof me right if I'm wrong^^
I also believe, that RJ is part of the tyger tyger organization, but none of them knows. He has also a connection to visualize. Some rumors say that RJ is the son of Bret Stiles, who's also the father of PJ. So that could explain that symmetry thing with all that "tyger tgyer".. RJ and PJ as evil vs. good.
I hope some people can find some more hints for my Lisbon theory and comment here^^ and sorry for my english, it's not my first language
