I think that Tiger Tiger the secret organization with in the law enforcement of California is responsible for the Red John killings the person behind all the hits is obviously someone who is supposedly dead, I think Patrick Jane's wife is the real killer. The men Patrick Jane keeps getting calls from are pattsy's for the real killer and is a legacy of Patrick's family including his child. It was originally his wife's parents. This is a conspiracy after all and the least likely person is someone who Patrick is trying to get revenge for.

Here is a theory for the those who support that it could be Michael Kirkland. I think the Bloody smiley face could be something from the twins child hood. When Kirkland first saw it he knew it was his brother doing the killings but wanted to find him for himself, he then saw how RJ aka his brother had taken a special interest in PJ so he made sure he  kept and eye on Jane all these Years knowing it would lead to RJ

I'd like to see your thoughts on some questions I have.  

I regards to the list.  We haven't established how RJ would know PJ's list.  Did Jane let Lisbon watch the video and show her the pictures just to feed her a list, all while he has a different one?  That would be incongruent with what Heller stated.

Why would RJ give PJ a list that included himself in the off chance that PJ didn't have the same list?  Then, why would he start killing off people on the list narrowing down the suspect pool?

In regards to the Red John voice theory. . . Every time you hear Red John's voice it's realy Simon Baker's voice (just whispered and strained). Listen carefully

I think the three dot tattoo is going to be a symbol for Tiger Tiger.  I imagine in the upcoming episode several suspects will have this tattoo, confusing Jane.  Red John will be among the suspects, but won't have the tattoo.  I don't think it was Red John that killed the latest victim, but Tiger Tiger.  Tiger Tiger is who wanted the CBI bugged to see what Jane knows.  I don't see why Haffner or Stiles would have bugged the CBI in a careless manner...so I don't think they are Tiger Tiger, perhaps one is red John.

Rj is not Rigsby. Remember when Patrick meets with Lorelei in limo and talks with Red John on phone, all other team members were hand cuffed by FBI.

Beside that i have a theory about how Red john knew the list months before Patrick. As we learnt that Jane is under surveillence since 9 years. So it is very likely that Red John knows everyone whom Patrick shook hands with. He could make an elimination very fast while Jane had to remember everybody.

PS: Please stop posting same old theories again and again. It is boring and tiring. We may miss very good theories because of same bullshit. Read first a little and then post it.

Red John is in love with Patrick Jane.

He killed his family to get Jane's attention and he is enjoying the fact that for the past 10 years Jane has been thinking about no one else except him.

Thats why Red John does not kill Jane and protects him when he is in any danger.
