how red john knows jane's list?

the answer is by the same way he knew about his happy memory. and who knows about our happy memories? family, friends and a psychiatrist!
jane's family: his father, his brother in low. his friends: lisbon and those people from the circus. his psychiatrist: sophie miller.

one of them was killed, miller, but not in red john style. so my guess is miller was not killed by red john but she was killed by tyger group. that leave unanswered questions:first, why tyger wants to know about jane and killed miller? second, how did red john know about the happy memory and the list?

answering first one:
tyger can easy kill jane if he was a threat to them so no reason to get to know about him. that leaves one possible answer, they want jane's list. but why? to know who is red john. yes, tyger doesn't know who is red john but red john knows all about them and can expose them and maybe threaten them if they attack jane and also red john might be a member or was a member of tyger. and why red john repeats tyger tyger? because he wants to destroy tyger or to tell jane to investigate tyger. i excluded visualize because stiles knows about red john and that is why he knew about cristina fray address. so visualize has know reason to get to know about jane and therefor no reason ti kill miller.

the answer to the second question:
red john is a like to jane and has the same mental power. an ordinary person can know how someone is thinking if he knew him well or investigate him. so it's easy to the red john that has a mental power and knows jane for many years. red john investigated jane by asking those who know jane and knew about his happy memory and also lorelei martins told jane that they know each other. so, by working around jane and spying on him red john found about all those who shacked jane and by using eliminating as jane did red john found about the list.
