This theory builds on the #7737 theory ,аnd connection between 3 dots - mi vida loca - Allison Anders ...

Who ever did not readed it please read that theory ....

Allison Anders did directed episode 5x13 (red barn) and i also concluded that actor who plays police chief in this episode is also actor in the "mi vida loca" movie..

if you go and search for Allison Anders work you can see many connections , possible clues... like in this early movies she directed there is a name Kirkland in actors...

 Also there is a music band who plays in that movies called "Green on Red" ...
If anyone spot any other lead pls. write here ...

Okay.  I really thought that it was Partridge because of the voice and the description that Rosalind gave, but then he died. He might not have died, RJ might have connections in the coroners department that lied about him being Partridge, but I still don't think that he's RJ.  Haffner is totally afraid of spiders and we don't know if Miller said a fear of spiders or heights so there's that prospect.  I also think that it could be Stiles because of his personality; creepy, mindwashing, but he doesn't really match Rosalind's description.  I don't think that Reede Smith is RJ but I can't be sure anymore.  We'll find out by the end of December.... I'm SO EXCITED! I can't wait to see what happens tonight with PJ and the suspects!!!

I think it is Partridge just because of the "nasal voice".
I don't see any of the other suspect trying to speak with that kind of voice on purpose. It would be weird.
My guess is that partridge is not really dead.

I made a theory like 10 minutes ago, but I forget to say something:



We know that RJ and Partridge were in the same place in the first episode of this season. 
So if all the suspects had a bug on them, and if Partridge and RJ were a different person, than at least another of the suspects should have been traced at that place where Partridge was, right? But nope. The only person that was traced to that location was Partridge. The rest of the suspects appeared on the computer screen traced in a completly different place.

Red John faked his death because he is Brett Partridge feeding pidgeons a.k.a. partridges because he has the same voice as Red John being forensic and totally macabre, irksome and creepy, by the way, Tyger Tyger.
