RJ isn't any of the 7 suspect, think about it this is a person who framed Jane of murder simply to see what he would do. he wouldn't be this stupid to allow himself to be caught by something as simple as a tattoo.

I think RJ is someone else who has a connection to everyone in the room, He knew about the existence of Tiger Tiger group for some time and his use of the poem is used to draw Jane in. He want Jane to learn about this group similar with the Fake Red John he want to know how Jane will re-act what he will do.

to this extent he hired the investigator or she worked for him, knowing that they would find the bug and Jane would suspect him. Tiger Tiger group would also suspect him and try kill her before anyone could find out.

there is also the Visualize connection we know RJ was connect to the cult in some way.

Bret Stiles big part of this week ep was his speech about taking someone under his wing  and grooming them for greatness. we also know that he is close to death my theory based on this interaction is that RJ was once one of his star student someone he groomed, mentored (not in term of killing). This could explain RJ God-like status among his followers much like Stalis.

What I'm thinking is

No one has confirmed Red John had anything to do with the private investigator. Getting a amateur to bug the CBI and then killing her like that is just unprofessional. The three dots are what identifies the Tyger Tyger group. I am certain they are not related, but i have no idea how Tyger Tyger knew RJ recited those exact words to Jane and decided to call themselves that. My only exlanation is that they are a group dedicated to catching Red John and will do whatever is necessary to achieve this goal and a member of the CBI team is apart of it, maybe Van Pelt or Rigsby? but then why would they need to bug the office? It is all very confusing and Bruno Heller can play this however he likes but personally i think this whole Tyger Tyger group thing is just stupid. I also think he will not cover all of the RJ mysteries he has left e.g; Roll Tide, He is Ma... , Rosalind's connection with it all, so i think Kira Tinsley was murdered by Tyger Tyger and not RJ and that Bruno Heller is in over his head.
