After thinking I came up with these thoughts:

ray haffner is who hired spy woman an killed her 
why did he hire her?

because he is not cbi agent any more he doesn't have the authority to access so he wants to

know Patrick's progression, he may have relationship with the spy woman he wanted her to

think he has three dots tattoo. presumably, draw a tattoo on his arm wrongly vertical direction

that's why the woman when she was dying pointed three dots vertically


Iam not accuse haffner as red john


Another thing...

in the promo of the great red dragon episode we see rigsby looking for tattoo of random guy arm

is it possible that Tiger Tiger group is Extended more than three members?

I read the idea on youtube actually. That RJ could be Michael Kirkland, Robert Twin Brother.
So when BH said that RJ is ON THAT LIST he wouldn't be entirely wrong.

Partridge is dead. McCallister, Bertram and Reed are just minions of RJ, Haffner obviously is not. Brett Stiles I think still could be.

But I would put my money on Michael Kirkland.

Probably gracie is in it as well, when bosco got
killed by rj’s right hand and the whole team downed a shot of tequila – except
for rigsby – what happens when rigsby came back from fetching something else to drink: he was singing amazing GRACE
–  (….how sweet the sound, that
saved a wretch like me).

 
maybe not only because it's a classic but because she saved him/ helped him erade his/rj's mistake by destroying
evidence or silencing the secretary (who knows how she got in possession of that poison).
And why on earth did pjane look so sad/suspicious when he left that scene, maybe
not only because he lost a witness but because there was indeed something fishy about that.

Anyway, against all odds, if rj really turns out to be somenone from
that tigger tigger winnie the pooh list - mei oh mei.

So here's a theory, 
Jason Cooper is Red John, biggest hunch was his voice and behaviour. He appears in three episodes: - The Red Tattoo,The Red Barn, and His Thoughts Were Red Thoughts...looking super suspicious in them all. If he is Red John, the production crew has done an awesome job sneaking him into the show without a grand entrance.

Did someone noticed this? I'm watching all the episodes since the start. In the end of the episode 3-16 (makes me think about the Bible, John 3:16, coincidence?) Bertram quotes William Blake : When thy little heart doth wake,Then the dreadful night shall break

It's Cradle Song. Beginning of the poem :

SLEEP, sleep, beauty bright,
Dreaming in the joys of night;

In episode 2-23, RJ quotes The Tyger :

Tyger! Tyger! burning bright
In the forests of the night

Very similar, isn't it? If Bertral isn't RJ, how can he give a such important clue?

Besides, he's the only suspect with Haffner to have a "crush" on Lisbon.

Theory n°2 : I wonder if Stiles is "God" and Partridge is the son who have been sacrified.
Will he "resuscitate"? We'll see.

Theory n°3 : I hope this is not Kirkland's twin (the symetry)...

I kept wondering who killed the spy-woman, and while focusing on the three dots, I just forgot about Cho's question to her. He asks: is he visualize? She says yes.

Bertram, McAllister and Smith are not visualize.

Haffner and Stiles don't possess the tattoo.

So maybe it was Jason Cooper, though Jane believes the man when he denies having the CBI bugged. But it's not unlikely that Stiles wanted to have a man of his own inside Tyger Tyger. That man is not Haffner. Could the attractive spy-woman have slept with someone like Cooper?


And apart from that: is Tyger Tyger chasing Red John, or protecting him? If they're chasing him, why are they acting so aggresive all over, especially Smith?
