Part 1:

Red John has paid for a lot of Mortgages'" 

The actor playing him says he was "stunned and flattered' when he learned that His character-one of seven final suspects-was the shows big bad. "Earning this little place in pop culture history was the last thing I ever expected," He admits" truth be told, I thought I was a red herring.




Part 2:
"There's been a thorough house cleaning in California Law enforcement as a result of the vast conspiracy led by Red John." says Heller. "Ghosts from the past will continue to play a part in the show, but it's definitely a brighter day. At first, Jane wants nothing more to do with crime solving, but-like Michael Corleone in the Godfather-he's pulled back in." 



So red john is indeed the leader of Tyger Tyger, I'm really not hoping it is Reede Smith, actually I would hate to see hem being Bertram either.


I'm still hoping for some kind of shocking and unexpected guy to be revealed as RJ but I highly doubt it......

Might be a silly coïncidence, but when you search for partridge pigeon in Google, you get pictures of a particular Australian bird, with a very interesting face-color.

In 6x01 in the house where partridge is killed there is a brief flashlight shine on the wall that has 666 on it. Why is this important? Bruno Heller said a clue was in that seen regarding the identity of Red John. Why is the clue 666. Becasluse each name has a number. The antichrists as well as Jesus', JFK's are all 666. When you go to a name number finder type in Red John. Red Johns number is 666. So this shows its his value. But he's not the only one. All the other characters and suspects have a different number except one. Gale Bertram's name equals 666 as well. So Red John=666=Gale Bertram therefore Red John=Gale Bertram.

It all makes sense. In season 3 they met and shook hands and Jane had a weird vibe about Bertram then in the season finale of season 3 Bruno heller promised we'd see the face of Red John. The red sweater guy and timothy carter were all red herrings. But Bertram was there with Jane and we saw his face so Bruno was hinting that Bertram is red john. Plus he magically disappeared after Jane shot carter. After he saw what jane would do to who he perceived as red john.

Ashley gable said red John is like waldo who stays in the background. Where is Bertram in the CBI? In the background or out of the shot. We'd have to look for Bertram like Waldo in the CBI to find him unlike CBI Ron who is always obvious. Waldo is difficult to find so its not him.

Around 2009 all of Red John's crimes took place in Sacramento. Where's the CBI headquarters which Bertram is head of? Sacramento. Around the time Bertram moved to Sacramento to take over for Minelli is when all the murders took place around Sacramento and the CBI. Why? Because it was where Bertram lived and was within his range.

He has the tyger tyger tattoo and Kirkland thought red john was in the tyger tyger organization.

While he's at his job his accomplices do the kills so he doesn't get caught and people start wondering while he's gone. If red john was unemployed he wouldn't need accomplices.

Red John had a ring on his finger when his hand was shown. So does Bertram.
He also knows William Blake.

He fits the descriptions. Around 6', short hair( on his sides and back ), not too soft but not too strong, bald on top so he'd wear a baseball cap so his head doesn't get sunburned like the girl saw the guy in the baseball cap.

Bertramwas closest to partridges death scene and if he knew about the phones he could easily abandon his and be there to kill partridge and be back before anybody notices. We don't know Bertrams fear is so he doesn't seem like a red herring.

When smith told Bertram that's your job Bertram didn't follow his order he just kept quiet. Its his job to watch Jane and know how much he knows about tyger tyger and red john because he's red john and in tyger tyger. Thus its his responsibility to watch after himself.

Bertram wanted to be there when Jane caught red john. He's taunting Jane because he's red john so of course he'll be there.

Robin Tunney said she was shocked when red john was revealed. Why? Well if you worked for and played pokerwwith a serial killer wouldn't you be surprised. I would be. Plus he's been right under James nose taunting him for three years.

Finally, when the bomb was brought by red john and went off on the couch who was the farthest away from it? BERTRAM!! plus did you see the tears in Bertrams eyes when his shoulder was revealed. He looks scored because his covers just about blown and hes going to die. He also shows narcissistic qualities as he always watches the image of the CBI and himself and pays attention to the media all the time. Who else does that? Oh yeah red john.

I've made my points so either Bertram is undoubtably Red John or he's the ultimate red herring. Only time will tell.
