I believe it's Bertram but there is one big thing that doesn't add up.
Stiles knows RJ and there is the Rj connection to the Visualize barn but at no point have we ever seen any kind of connection between Bertram and Visualize. It would seem PJ could find a connection like that in Bertram's past if that was the case.
I was talking about gale below it's definitely gale he us self possessed and smart enough and in a position of power. He is creepy and wears a wedding ring. Clues we have seen ourselves are true.

....after the last Episode i think that nobody of the remaining five suspects is Red John.
I think Bret Stiles is the only one who knows the real identity of Red John and therefore he
was so surprised, when Patrick said: "And one of you is Red John". When Patrick finished this sentence, Styles was the first one who reacted and said: "One of us is Red John"???
Why??
Because he knows Red John isn't in the room!!!
Maybe he also want's Patrick to catch Red John and therefore he wanted to prevent him from Shooting Mc Allister, so he could go on for the hunt...and not being arrested!
Bruno Heller said that we can trust the list.
That leaves us with two suspects!
Bob Kirkland is dead, that's for sure....we saw when he got shot!
Now...where disappeared the Body of Partridge! We never heard anything!
Heller said after the reveal we will be disapointed. He also said Red John was there from the beginning!
The only one who was there from the first Episode was Brett Partridge!
And the main reason why i believe it's Partridge, is the Voice!
In Season 2 Finale and in Episode 1, Season 6(on the phone: "sorry Patrick, Teresa can't come to the phone right now) it was the voice of Jack Plotnick(Brett Partidge). I'm sure about this.
This is just my theory, but I think "Brett Patridge" was an Alias and he will return as
RED JOHN!!!

According to the TvGuide's article Red John is definitely Gale Bertram.

Jane's the top suspect is Gale Bertram.
His look like and voice means nothing, especially by a blind woman.

Just a few more observations about RJ, some of which is from the latest TV Guide article that contains spoilers. After reading the TV Guide it implies RJ is the leader of the Tiger Conspiracy.
So, I’m pretty sure “he is mar” = “he is mar(ked)” with a tattoo. Baker says that RJ wants to be close to PJ. Stiles calls it “a form of love” (also notice in Fire and Brimstone who is on either side of Stiles). How many of our 7 suspects have gone out of their way to be near PJ? Sheriff McAllister wants PJ to call him, “Tom.” He tells PJ it was his “pleasure to help, anytime.” He stays around when he wasn’t asked and saves PJ’s life. Even if he’s afraid of heights (?), he climbs on the roof to do so.
I’ve mentioned both his and RJ’s being ambidextrous before. McAllister shoots and shakes hands with his right hand. RJ shoots and draws the smiley with his right hand. McAllister helps Jane up with his left hand. RJ drinks tea with his left hand. They both sometimes wear wedding bands and sometimes don’t.
Another thing is his voice. He’s the only one of the 7 whose voice isn’t natural. I think RJ’s “real” voice is soft, but as sheriff, he projects a gruffer tone. Of course, those of us familiar with Xander Berkeley know he’s also a voice over artist and has played a variety of characters convincingly. As I said in a previous post, the actor playing RJ was surprised and flattered, so it stands to reason that the same actor did NOT do the original RJ voiceovers. ICYMI: Plotnick has previously stated that he always played Partridge as if he were RJ, so I am in doubt if he would be surprised.
Remember as Dumar Tanner aka Sheriff Ted Hardy lay dying, he uttered, “Red John shhh”….. “sheriff,” perhaps?

If Red John is Reede Smith, I'm never going to watch anything by Bruno Heller again!.
It would be an absolutely ridiculous, pathetic, rubbish ending to the Red John storyline!
This random stranger only appeared first in season 5! Even us, fans, have much better imagination than this! We could have written a much better, exciting ending if that loser is really Red John!! I'm going to be furious!

You have to take eye witnesses descriptions with a brain of salt you can't trust them. You can trust what you have seen yourself and they are the important clues. We saw that redjohn wears a ring. We know he is quite tall. We know he is naracistic. We can trust Jane's account of him. He is a show man a show off who has a fondness for Jane. He is in a position of power ...that only leaves one person. Rewatch his scenes and look at his behavior .It makes Perfect sense. Hellers descriptions aren't great either but he is correct on two of them. It's not the picture I have chosen though.
