I have been a die-hard resurrected Partridge believer, but hear me out. When Lisbon looks at the tracker right before going to the house in 6x1, there are 4 stationary trackers: Bertram, S1, Kirkland, and Partridge. And there are 3 in transit: S2, Sheriff, and Haffner.
We know that Lisbon was not grabbed by Partridge (closed door suddenly opens and we know Partridge was lying on the ground). Someone else was there, but only Partridge's tracker was at the house. Either Partridge is RJ and he got one of his (untracked) flunkies to wait at the house to grab Lisbon, or the real RJ left his car elsewhere (so only Partridge's tracker shows up at the house) and waited for Lisbon while Partridge was in the closet. (A third possibility is that RJ is not on the list, in which case screw Heller. But never mind that.) Assuming Partridge is not RJ, then the real RJ COULDN'T HAVE BEEN DRIVING HIS CAR (IN TRANSIT) AT THE SAME TIME. So Sheriff, Haffner, and S2 (whether it be Stiles or Smith) CANNOT BE RJ because they are driving their cars at the same moment.
Kirkland is dead. Let's assume Partridge is dead too. It's down to Bertram and S1 (Stiles or Smith). The extended promo for 6x7 shows Sheriff, Haffner, and Stiles on the board. Either a) they are the survivors, so it HAS to be Stiles (remember we are choosing between Bertram, Stiles, and Smith) or b) they are the dead ones, in which case it could be either Bertram or Smith. Can you picture Patrick Jane having an intimate erotic moment with Smith while he guts him? I thought not. Stiles or Bertram...maybe, but it's pushing it. Stiles is dying, and he indicated that he knows more than either PJ or RJ. That leaves...Bertram.
So there's my call, purely based on logic. Assuming RJ is on the list, my top pick is Bertram, followed by Stiles/Smith.
That, or Partridge comes back. Discuss.
Ray Haffner is Red John. He won the heisman trophy. If you watch the first episode he was in, when you first see Jane going in Rays office you will see the Heisman trophy. And will bet it will come out he went to LSU because the Tiger is there representation. Will see but it will come back Ray.
Okay so those blokes with the three dots are a diversion to think that red john is a part of an organization.what if they have their own (off the record) kind of way to track down and kill people and they are after red john? Red john could still be a lone person. I want it to be some sort of one man army anyway. also me an van pelt are a thing.

Let's say for argument sake
that Bruno Heller isn't lying to us. One of the seven is red john. While I think Michael
Kirkland is still alive, he isn't technically on the list. So, if Bruno is not
pulling the wool over our eyes (and that's a big if), let's examine the evidence I posted in theory 9843.
Brett Stiles is too old. 79
Is not middle-aged as Sophie Miller described.
Sure, Brett Partridge could
have faked his own death, but he’s not athletic. Jared Renfrew stated RJ had won the Heisman
Trophy.
Partridge does not look like he ever played football. He’s even kinda thin, while Rosalind stated
Roy was “not thin, but not muscular”.
Bertram doesn’t fit Rosalind’s
description. “Under six feet… short, straight hair.” Gale is 6ft 3 and bald.
Bob Kirkland is dead. Even though his brother is a twin and would
fit all of the physical indicators (including smelling of pine, earth and
nails), Michael is technically not on the list.
Therefore we are left with…
Reede Smith: Yes,
he's fat. However, Rosalind described Roy as "Not thin, but not
muscular”. He still fits in that
category. Sophie Miller stated he was in good health. Again, I know
he's fat, but for an overweight man, he's still in decent health. He was
pummeling a suspect pretty well in episode 2 of this year.
Sheriff
Mcallister: He fits everything, and I mean EVERYTHING.
Yes he is balding, but he's not bald. Plus 6 years ago, the actor
who plays Tom had much more hair that he slicked back. When the show
began, I would argue that he fit Rosalind's definition of "Short-Straight
hair".
Raymond
Haffner: Yes, I know he's missing the tattoo on his left shoulder...
you didn't watch Fire
and Brimstone, did you?
I warned you!!! I believe Red John definitely had the tattoo.
Jared Renfrew wrote on the bathroom wall, He

which I believe meant He Is
Marked.
However, missing
the tattoo actually makes everything make more sense. The whole private investigator thing bugged me (pun
intended). Why would Red
John have someone bug Cho’s desk? I
think it was all a set up. Red
John is part of the Tiger, Tiger group and knows they would have the
tattoo. He let Kira Tinsley
see his three-dotted tattoo to throw suspicion onto his cronies. Afterwards, he removed it. I’m sure it would be very easy to
remove such a small tattoo. Perhaps
Jane noticed Haffner had a small scar on his shoulder where the tattoo was?
Regardless we have three strong suspects, and Ray is at the top in my
book.
The biggest evidence beside the obvious mole aspect is the fact that Rj didnt kill lisbon. On top of that ever wonder why Rj didnt kill lisbon all along? I mean he killed a memory jane had from childhood and not lisbon? The only explanation is that red john is van pelt and van pelt loves lisbon. I know haffner is another way to go about this specific theory but he doesnt have the balls to be red john lol we all know that
