In prior seasons jane when faved with rj clues has been frantic and angry with his team and wanting to exclude them. This time he seems happy. He finally knows hes got him/her! Also i believe he told lisbon the list on purpose because thats his chess move . He knew lisbon would tell the rest of the team and if jane put someone on the list that he knows for sure isnt red johm or never shook hands with then rj guessing the list is a huge clue for jane. I have no idea what the trick is but by rj using a trick to figure out the list is the key to jane finally beating him! Rj knowing the list makes me think it has to do with kirkland since he stole the info or van pelt who is always lurking ! How else could red john of known? Hes not magic . Is he ?
