It is that voice, no doubt.

A) If BP is the real RJ then : how Jane couldnt figure it out the first time he heared it (or later)... cmon, no way.
And also why PJ didnt check BP's body in the 6x2 episode. Maybe because he was checking Lisbon first but after that nothing (or at least we could not see it).

B) If BP is not RJ then how they will explain the voice? RJ is not 1 person or some other **** ?I think a lot of us will be kinda disappointed as Heller said once. I hope i am wrong.

(1 more thing: in my country they didnt use the same voice to BP and RJ. It is way too different. RJ's voice is RLY deep with our sync. /???/)

It seems that everybody will be disappointed, whoever Red John is.
The fact is during the 5 past season, RJ has always been shown as the most clever, the most skillful, an uncatchable person almost divine always ahead everyone even Patrick Jane.
But, in the season 6, he appears to be "just" a serial-killer, he is beginning  to panic and make some (a lot) mistakes, he does not predict everything anymore.
With a face on his name, he appears to be vulnerable.

As everyone I always hope for a big twist, but in the same time, hurry to discover the truth....

"I'm surprised the two of you didn't become lifelong friends the moment you shook hands."  That sentence alone is enough of a reason for me to believe that Brett Partridge is NOT Red John.  If Bruno Heller  has other plans to make this unlikable, pithy, geeky wanker of a  character into a sudden god-like swarthy, charismatic  lothario that women swallow cyanide over... I will ban the show.  Patrick Jane is a smart man.  He knows who his equals are.  If he EVER thought that Brett Partridge was of equal caliber believe me... this would not have lasted six years... I would rather see Lisbon turn on him than have Partridge as Red John.  And I love Lisbon...

In the spoiler TV guide article, Simon Baker states that RJ wants a relationship with Jane so much that he ends up tipping his hat. ? Season 4 finale shows this when RJ wants Patrick to turn to the dark side. Out of the 6, assuming Partridge isn't dead, which character would want to be around Jane?

- Bertram: close and frequent contact with Jane. Possible faked bad poker playing to have a game with him.

- Partridge: wonders why Jane doesn't like him, seems to yearn for his acceptance.

- McAllister: paper/rock/scissor, great playful banter between the two, mental one-upsmanship, saves his life....twice? :-)

I don't believe Smith displays any of these qualities, and I believe Haffnerseems genuinely angry and contemptful towards Jane.

So, with that in mind, and taking the tattoo and promo at its word, it's either Bertram or McAllister. I think Bertram is written the best and has so much back material that would make researching the series enjoyable. On the other hand, the Sheriff IMO has golden moments with Jane that are creepy, funny and full of gravitas.

I'd be extremely happy with either!

SPOILER, RJ REVEALED

I have no idea who Dean Harken is. But if you listen carefully to RJ's voice, Lebron James travels. Seriously, it's the same voice as Peter Griffin whispering.

So RJ is Peter Griffin!!!!!!!

The fact that Partridge appears on IMDB's list of credited cast, if accurate, can also mean that he participates in flashback scenes. My point is that he doesnt have to be RJ if he is in the episode
