I think Theory #10369 may have hit the nailhead pointing out that while Brett Partridge will appear in 6x08, Bob Kirkland won't.

Call me crazy, but this can be too good or too bad for the script. On one hand, and just as 10369 says, it could mean that RJ is Partridge, which would be lame, mainly because the classic "specialist on reknown murderer turns out to be the murderer" is a card that has already been played in the show with the San Joaquin Killer.

On the other hand, Partridge could participate in a flashback, most surely in red John's flashback / confession, when he says why he killed him.

So, I think this is very, very important: If Partridge will appear in RJ's confession flashback and Kirkland won't, this can only mean that Kirkland's death wasn't on RJ's account, this meaning he didn't commit it, nor did he order it.

Brett Partridge in 6.08 could mean many things, but to me it is (I hope it is) the proof that RED JOHN and TYGER TYGER are not the same thing, which would reduce the list to 2 suspects now, or even outside the list.

Ok now that everyone is caught up can we now start the real discussions about this fake list! Lol. But seriously nobody on the list is the red john. The list is a ploy to force red johns hand. Please no more partridge talk, jane looked him dead in the eye and if partridge knew what was going on we could tell. Styles knows who rj is. Could it be his son? Maybe his daughter ? The buggest question i have it how did rj find out about the gps trackers? I believe there is only about 3 people who knew about that. Also i believe the lorelie tape was made by jane . I know people are gonna doubt me cuz i think outside the box . Think about it: jane had two suspect list. One kirkland stole . The other he made lorelie recite on tape . He dis this to see how certain people acted. Jane knows everyone in that house is not rj . But he knows rj wants them all dead . Chess . Make a move so that your opponent thinks they have you and just when they think that check mate. Red john is not one of the 7 suspects. Are there any free thinkers whi feel the same ?

I was kind of glad I watched tonights episode even though I had already seen it because I missed some clues in there first when Patrick goes to see reede smith at the crime scene he was at if you look after they are done talking and Patrick turns to walk away the camera pauses for a second on a car in the background that appears to be watching if anyone can check that out.  Now for a big clue I missed usually PJ and Stiles are friendly but when PJ went to see him recall what Stiles said "Patrick my BOY" and Patrick got very serious and mean and said I'm not your boy and Stiles said no I guess your not.  Patrick let Stiles know right then he knows Ref john is his son if you don't believe replay that part you will see that Patrick was mad when he said it.
