Not Bob, but Michael. I feel like there is something to the twin thing. It is like "Chekhov's Gun" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C... ."If you introduce a gun in act one, then it better go off by act three..." Or if you introduce a twin in act one, then he better make an appearance in act three. So as far as the whole Red John saga this season we are entering act three.

Another strike against Haffner is that he doesn't appear until season 4. Bruno Heller stated unequivocally that we would see RJ's face in season 3 which, to me, rules out anybody introduced afterwards, namely Smith and Haffner.
