Sorry for the wall of text but i have many to say!

Okay 1st of all i'm now pretty sure Red John was in Visualize.And most of his accomplices are from Visualize too. Remember the bald cop that took the gun and mobile from the body of Timothy Carter?He is shown as a visualize member in an another episode.Ray is 100% associated with Red John.

Next i think that someone from Lisbon's team is helping or WILL help Red John.And i'm between Lisbon and Van Pelt.Lisbon is getting a bit upset everytime Patrick tells about his ''suspect list'' when Patrick started the list Lisbon was asking him if she was in the list  and that he should write her.Now at Ep13 she seems a bit nervous about the names jane has and asks to now (But there is a possibility that she is nervous because Ray may be involved to the murder in 1988 and RJ). BUT VanPelt is a strong possibility to be/will become a part of the chain with RJ

Why?

Val Pelt agrees and likes with the ideas of Visualize.So i think in some part of the show Red John or some of his friends will approach Van Pelt and at the end they will manipulate her.

Anyway everyone connected with Visualize is highly suspected from me to be a friend of RJ.

But who is RJ? Heller told that we may seen him already ( like Waldo as he said) at the background and that he may be already in the cast. I was always between Brett and Washmourn BUT i never noticed ... RON from CBI!

Think of it: He is in many episodes doing almost nothing (maybe he talks for 1 sec) , he is many times in the background , at last episode he is the first to congrats Lisbon for the 10 years anniversary. He fits in the description Rosalind gave.But the one thing that made me believe more to that theory is that in one episode you can see Ron's ring in his left hand.A similar ring can be observed in the scene when RJ is drinking some tea while Rosalind calls Jane.Watch the ring and you will see some similarities.Anyway that's my thought what do you think?

Just a little prophecy about the next season finale:

Jane will reduce his list to a very small group of people like 3 or 4.
Then, in the season finale, he is going to play a trick on these people in order to reveal the identity of the true Red John among them. (Somehow as he did in episode 3x23...) This would be a typical season finale for Bruno Heller.

However, he is going to fail because Red John is not on his list and hasn`t been there. All of the people on the list are not guilty. (Otherwise the rest of the work would be pretty easy. Too easy. Red John wouldn't have played with such a high risk)

Red John is either a woman (I do not think so) or he is somebody he shook hands with before he killed Janes family, so Jane didn't even put him on his list in the first place.

The priest Dibuono said that the smile of Red John was already there when the farm was still in operation. A guy who worked there did that. Is the oldest evidence we have of Red John.
Or he did it or it's possible he was inspired by that picture. In any case have connection with Visualize.
We know that many people who worked there were criminals, drug addicts and cruel to animals. People who had nothing to lose, forgotten by their families, without civic ideals and moral values.
The best people you can manipulate, being capable.

MY QUESTION IS:
We know that the farm was losing a lot of money. Visualize is a powerful company, why Brett Stiles would want to lose money on a stupid farm because of three complete idiots in business??

I am convinced that Stiles had thought the farm as an experiment to see how people express their dark side, living in those particular conditions.
I believe that Stiles is Red John, a serial killer built by himself, that he was inspired by what was happening on the farm. The slogan of Visualize is: be the best side of you (or something similar).
And Red John is actually just a serial killer very self-disciplined and this has not always allowed to be taken. The fact that the Visualize hiding many of its stock is significant. Patrick shook hands several times with Stiles. I remember that Stiles brought Lorelei out of prison; if Red John wanted her there, why he would make her escape so easily?
And Stiles is a very clever mentalist, maybe better than Jane.

I think Brett Stiles feel like a god, and so he could be very beneficial  and very evil at the same time with the people. It's perfectly self controlled, clever, very powerful, in touch with powerful people, protect by a sects that worships him.
What else?
