Rhetorical question. If Partridge isn't Red John, then why did we get many shots like these?

I mean, I can understand some frames, but when Jane and Partridge were discussing we always see Partridge and the smiley. And they both fit the camera perfectly together.

They would make sense and would be cool to notice when watching the all the episodes again after episode 8 "Red John". 

If Partridge isn't Red John, and it's a huge possibility, well, thanks for these nice shots Bruno but I'd rather see them with the actual Red John.

I don't know who Red John is.

My theory, Red John hasn't showed up the "meeting" that made by Jane.
Why he risk his own life by the bomb?

Inoticed something. Daniel Cerone and another writer said RJ is one of the list, but they did not tell that RJ is remaining of the suspects. This is interesting.

Maybe Red John is Partridge or Kirkland? I don't know, but it easily happens.

Sheriff Thomas McAllister is Red John.

1)If we watch the last episode of second season we can see Red John´s body language. Its exactly the same as McAllister, slow movements. slow walking, Even the steps´s sounds are the same.

2)In Adittion, in that scene Red John Saves Patrick Jane´s life. (McAllister will do it in season 6 shotting the bad guys, thats not a coincidence)

3) He has all physical characteritics that Rosalind, Sophie and the
blond child told us. (Heigh, middle age, strong hands,well spoken, good
posture) Im sure you will ask me about his hair. Well i will tell you
that  6 years ago he had right hair.  And what about his voice? Thats
simple. its obvius he is using a modulator voice. Only 3 people know Red
John´s voice (Patrick, Sophie, and Rosalind) Patrick saw Red John using
a mask so he could easily hide the modulator behind his mask. The blond
girl saw Red John while he was using a baseball hat. He did hide it in
there. And Rosalind is blind, he coundt see the aparattus.

4)He is Mar"  writed on the bathroom. Could means "He is McAllister. Remember it was in Mexico. The prostitute did write it. (her body is nearest to the wall) In spanish Mc Allister sounds like mAcalister.
Also
in that episode we can hear Red John laught. It sounds really diferent
of his voice. Surely he wasnt using a modulator voice that time. His
laugh did sound like an old guy laugh, similar to McAllister.

5)Red John show us he is good shooting. He did it with one hand. Same as McAllister. He is a cop. He knows how to do it.

 6) He has the same way to sitting down and the same boots as Red John.

7) Why RJ chases Patrick? It should be a reason. He doesnt
chase every
familiar of his victims. Its not just for the TV Show. He hates Patrick
because he won the Rock paper, scissors game. He has a narcicist
personality just like Rosalind told us. he hates loosing. Also thats why
in that episode he tryed to ruin Patrick janes´s plan to catch the
killer.  He did try to catch Van Pelt. In fact he told her "im sure you
are intoxicated" Also it was a sexual tension in that scene. Red John is
a raper. (he did rape lorelei ´s sister)

8)He is a good whistler and he waits patiently every time. just like Sophie told us.

9)He likes giving pats on the shoulder. Just like RJ did it with Jane at the end of season 2.

 10) He appears in the beginning of the series.

11)Red John is an artist.  if we watch the last episode Mc Allister seems really innocent when he said "its not what you think". RJ loves acting. he is playing Jane.

12) In The Mentalist the killer is always the most unexpected person. McAllister is one of the most unexpected ones.

13)McAllister is an irish surname. Remember Jane´s family did come to USA from Ireland. I think this could be connected.

14) Probably the most interesting quote on the serie Patrick Jane told us is : "If we look things like the are really are , and not what we want to be. if would be all more simple for humanity (something like that) Everbody want Bret Partridge as Red John, or Haffner. or Bertram. but not so much people wants Thomas McAllister despite all the evidences.

I'm not normally one to get one somebody else's case, but I'm absolutely done with people that keep insulting other people on here. You have the right to not agree with anybody, but you prove you are a mean person by insulting people who believe in unlikely theories.

Partridge could very well be dead, and he could very well be Red John. That doesn't mean that people in the camp you are not in are stupid, blind, or even devotees of Partridge. There is compelling evidence he is Red John and there is sufficient evidence that he is dead as well. We will find out next episode, according to an interview. This means that either we're going to see his dead body, we'll see him alive, or somebody will say that he is, in fact, alive. At this point, I wouldn't blame Partridge fans one bit if he is shown as alive and Partridge fans make fun of everybody who called them names. The fact is, there is enough suspicion around his death that a writer mentioned it of his own accord in an interview.

Besides Partridge, the only other logical possibility is Bertram. If he is Red John and O'Loughlin killed Todd Johnson (who worked for the FBI, by the way, not the CBI where Jane always claimed there was a mole), the ending of Season 3 makes more sense for this one simple reason: how did Timothy Carter know to be at the mall's food court, with a gun, and pretend to be Red John? O'Loughlin had no clue Jane was taking Bertram to the food court. Even Bertram had no clue until Jane drove him there. Jane specifically doesn't tell him where they're going to 'meet Hightower' when Bertram asks, and he is also INCREDIBLY reluctant to go with him. If Bertram is Red John, he may have asked for some sort of protection by one of his minions, especially since he understands that Jane is a loose cannon. If he is Red John, he could have already had protection like that lined up. But if Bertram is not Red John, Timothy Carter's appearance at the mall's food court means that Jane, Cho, or Rigsby leaked, unintentionally or not, their plan to lure Red John out of hiding by going taking Bertram to the mall.

After Bertram, the logical order of Red John goes: McAlister, Smith, Stiles, Haffner, Kirkland. Haffner, Kirkland, and Stiles are 100% not Red John, really. So many people like Haffner, and while I can respect that, he's genuinely outsmarted by Jane in the second episode of Season 4.

I'd probably give odds like this: Partridge 60%, Bertram 25%, McAlister 10%, Kristina Frye 4%, Smith 1%. Frye gets a few votes because I think the unexplained question from season 2 is going to revolve around her, and I always thought it would be neat if she was Red John, because she's the first character Patrick ever connects to in the Mentalist, ever. I also think that it's about a 50/50 shot that this 'returning character who we thought was long gone' is going to be between her and Partridge.

Cliff notes:

Stop being dicks to Partidge people (and Kirkland people, though it's a little more excusable in this case)
