Remember Bruno Heller told us that it was important that Partridge die when he did.  I think Partridge often faked forensic reports for Tyger, Tyger so that members of the organization could get away with it.  What if Lorelei wasn't actually dead?  What if Partridge knew that because he was lead of the forensic investigation?  Maybe that's why he had to be killed off.

There are a few
possibilities in this theory:

Bruno Heller says that we
got a glimpse of Red John's face in the season 3 finale, Strawberries and
Cream. While everyone was focusing on looking around towards the end of the
episode in the mall, I spent my time looking at the extras at the beginning and
the rest of the episode.

I
found CBI Ron 03min:29sec into the episode.

Then
we see this guy, who acted strangely as an extra - he was staring at the action
while walking in the other direction, and he looked back twice. He's then cut
back into the scene a few seconds later from another direction even though he'd
have been out of sight of the camera. Continuity issue, or intentional? And
does he look like the guy in the red sweater in the mall?

If Heller is using artistic license when he says that we
saw a glimpse of Red John’s face in this episode, then it’s entirely possible
that it is Bertram. Bertram called the bombing at the gas station “elegant” and
did so with a look of pride, then quickly reverted back to his CBI boss
persona. It’s a stretch, but it’s possible.

Another person to make an appearance very briefly is Oscar Ardiles who was a previous
suspect of mine, based on aspects of a psychological profile of Red John. He
would almost certainly seek work that would allow him to utilise his
manipulative side without drawing attention. As a lawyer he is able to do
precisely that, and has access to information about a ton of people. He’d also
not draw any attention to himself being in any of the law enforcement buildings
at any point. Another reason why this episode implicates him is that Rigsby made
it obvious that he was feeding information to Ardiles by pretending to let it
slip while on the balcony getting coffee. This was obvious to the viewer, and
therefore obvious to Ardiles, especially if he is Red John. He’d see straight
through this as a trap. But he still needed Hightower, hence why he sent his
assassin to the floor above and told her to climb down, therefore implicating
Bertram. Or Bertram told her himself, considering he was also told the same
information. Also, why was O’Laughlin on the roof when Van Pelt found him? Was
he simply getting coffee, or was he meeting with Ardiles – we know that Ardiles
is often there, considering that’s where Rigsby went first to feed him false
information.

Why does everyone believe, what Rosalind Harker said about RJ. I mean, it is obvious, that she was just part of a plan by RJ to mislead Patrick.
Otherwise you have to explain, why RJ made so much mistakes in that episode.
RJ ordered the skywriter as RJ Solution. So he must have expected that Patrick will go to the skywriter and ask, who ordered that picture and that this will lead to his postbox with a letter from Rosalind it.
If it was not RJ's intention that Patrick finds Rosalind, then he just made a couple of mistakes.

If RJ really is in the house with PJ and the other 4 suspects then he's ballsy to get that close. A question I have asked is why would RJ show up knowing Patrick is so close to catching him and may have a trap set. If Rj is Bertram then it wouldn't be the first time that he'd allowed PJ to paint him into a corner and bring him right to the edge of being caught. It is very similar to Season 3 finale when he goes to the Mall with Patrick even though Patrick suspects him of being the RJ accomplice.

The only suspects I've completely ruled out are Smith and Kirkland. I don't necessarily think Bertram IS RJ, this was just a random thought. LOL, I'm all over the place with who RJ is. Today I'm actually leaning towards the Sheriff, tomorrow I'll probably think it's Haffner.

Do you think one of the CBI team is a Tyger Tyger member?
Please comment which one do you think could be and why. I'm looking forward to talk about it with you guys.

GRACE VAN PELT is RED JOHN. Call me crazy i dont care. Say shes too young? Maybe she is his daughter . When i said that the list was a chess move and rj was not on it people called me crazy. When i said lorelie may be alive people said i was nuts. When i said red john is sending patrick clues about who is in tiger tiger thru sophie miller people said "have u seen the show" ? Watch van pelt walk away from styles in that scene . Thats a red john walk. My point is the LOGICAL has no place in tv land . The logical has no part in a giant government conspiracy. Get ready people cuz the truth will set is free . Sunday. Lets go. Woooo.

So let's change the game up a bit since we've seen every theory there is by now.Let's play WHO WOULD YOU HAVE MADE RED JOHN?
Looking at all of the characters in the show that have wandered through, I'd say that Mashburn would have been the one who made the most sense to turn into Red John. He's good looking (enough to get Lisbon into bed), smart, independent, the right age, and matches the description of Rosalind to boot.So write up your own "I would have picked" theory.
