Red John is all 7 suspects! The message in the bathroom in the old episode where it was written ''he is ma..'' actualy is ''He is many''!!

I believe Brett Partridge is not Red John, but is a bumbling fool that helps red john by covering up the evidence of identity for him.

I think Bob Kirkland is Red John.

My theory is this I think he was on the carnival with Jane all those years ago, that's how he knows everything, when he and Jane first met he asked him. Do I know you? As if he recognized him. Plus Lorelei was murdered in place full of carnival things and if you remember Bob told Lisbon that his parents traveled a lot. People travel a lot on carnivals. Thoughts?

Also, Bob was there at the time Lorelei was killed. Also he killed Jason Lennon to shut him up in case he would remember and give him a peaceful death.

He said to him do you recognize me? And seemed relieved that he didn't.

Then he said to him I'm a friend and he also said lets face it Jason if you were to live you'd face life in prison so he drugged him quickly.

Think about it.

1. Rebecca -  Poisoned her - quick death.
2. Kristina Frye - Made her mind believe she was dead.
3. Jason Lennon - Drugged 
4. Lorelei Martins - Stabbed   

The following were all quick and painless just like he said it would be to Lennon. 

Now I have just watched the scene 2x22 and Red John taps him on his arm and then Bob does it 5x18.

This makes me more convinced that Bob is RJ 

Ok Im not necessarily accusing Bob Kirkland of being Red John, but unless the writers actually believe Red John has powers(which ruins the charm of the show), he is the only one who could access what Jane was doing in his room(other than Patrick ofc), even though Jane might have tricked him (the toothpick thing). 

Now it could also be Haffner, Visualize has powers and insight into a lot of organizations, why not the CBI? He couldve also accessed what PJ was doing. Similalry it could be Stiles. 

But neither of them could access Patricks brain( though idk cause Stiles does seem to have powers) and pull out his childhood memory. So again pointing towards PJ. The only reason Im not accusing PJ is I wont be able to stand it if he is RJ. But all the clues point towards him.

Now on the others on the list
Partridge - creep, works for the CBI, but then why would he need a mole within the CBI?
I couldnt even remember who the sheriff was so it would be extremely disappointing if Heller has him as RJ and most of the audience cant even relate.

Now Bertram is interesting. maybe Lisbon is one of his accomplices and is smarter than we all think? Maybe she is feeding him with info.

Finally Reede Smith has appeared on one episode(like the sheriff). again highly unlikely only clue is when he actively participates in the red pearl job the patrick pulls

Red John is Kirkland. In the season 5 finale we learn that Red John must have been at the same carnival as Patrick Jane because otherwise he couldn't have known about his fond memory. When Lisbon asked Kirkland about his youth he said that he travelled a lot and likes to think that he grew up in America which could actually mean that he was part of a circus as well. Perhaps Kirkland has shaken hands with Patrick there as well.

Hey folks.Heller is very smart man.There is chance that he is tricking us on this way.Kirkland and Partidge.I know too obvious and that.But thats the point.Heller thinks that we dont suspect on them becouse they are too obvious.But thats the point.Admit we will all be in shock if Kirkland or Partidge is RJ.He make them as main suspects and nobody think that some of them is RJ.So Heller could trick us good.And on today episode on video type we seen that RJ is angry.Seems like Partidge character but little more calmed.And dont forget RJ says:you will catch me or i will catch you.Thats all
