I see that people here accusing PJ for deaths of Stiles and Haffner. which is partially true.

But he is like this all the time.

Seems like people want soap operas protagonist: naive, stupid and honest, while antagonist is qualified for 9th circle of hell.

Perfect character, egoistic, selfish and ruthless. Ordinary human being.


But i will name few examples where he show his good side and empathy:

e.g.

- force arrested CEO to give money to a guy with sick wife 

- hypnotize little girl who saw RJ and he could use her to discover much more

- help a sister to revenge her brother by framing motorcycle gang boss

- give money to casino dealer girl for her's mom surgery

- helped a sick women to get a new kidney

- hide the identity of cabaret "guy"

etc, etc

Anyway PJ is not perfect and that's why he is a good character.

Just noticed this one thing in the leaked episode...

Bertram calls Patrick saying "I don't have to use the funny voice now do I, you know who this is." then later on in the episode it is revealed that not only is he not Red John but also he doesn't have a clue who he is which leaves the question ... How did Bertram know that Red John uses a funny voice?
