What's the point in not chasing Cordero when he failed to kill Smith?

Did you notice that the USB lighter was already in the box (stucked in the hay) when Bertram opened it?

What kind of questions the spokeswoman would have been able to answer to on RJ matter?

The encrypted document has mostly of the "names" repeating themselves (the first by 8 and side to side). Looks like a bad prop.

What sense does make RJ taunt "... or until I catch you"? He could catch (and kill) PJ whenever he would. Especially the sheriff on the roof...

Random musings... How comes that the corrupt TT cop has a "wrong" tattoo on his shoulder? It is clearly seen, that the dots are getting smaller towards the outside, not the inside...

I think the only theory that makes plausible sense, and also will give us the shock value we want, is that Red John is Bob Kirkland's identical twin brother.

My theory: Bob Kirkland's twin brother was first a part of the visualize cult. Which is when Bob lost track of him. He then parted ways with Bret Stiles and started his own sort of cult following as Red John. (Which would explain how Bret Stiles always seems to know things about Red John) The twin would routinely pose as his brother, and that is how he became associated with the Tyger, Tyger association. This allowed him to get away with so much, and also allowed him to stop witnesses from testifying (by having the organization kill them) and allowing him to find out inside information. The followers of Tyger, Tyger always thought they were following orders from that organization, but it was actually Red John. (which explains why so many of the suspects were a part of the organization, but have no clue who Red John is)

I think everyone on the list is asssociated with Red John, because of the organizations they are associted with. Visualize and Tyger, Tyger.

Thomas McAllister, Reede Smith, Gale Bertram, and Brett Partridge are all a part of the Tyger, Tyger organization because of their vices, not because they are Red John. Mcallister- Some sort of inappropriate activity with women. (that one epsiode when he was being creepy with Van Pelt)
Smith - Drugs, and killing the little girl.
Bertram- Possibly the leader of the organization, obviously corrupt in every way possible.
Partridge- Maybe necrophilia? haha

Then Bret Stiles, and Ray Haffner are associated because of Visualize. Red John would not be a member of Visualize he has his own cult following.

Red John is a leader, he would not be a follower of any of these organizations, he simply uses them to get things that he wants.

Which only leaves one person Bob Kirkland, or in this case his identical twin brother. This also explains why pictures were used to show us the original list, instead of just names. "You can trust the list" because Red John's picture is there, even if the name isn't correct, because Bob Kirland and his brother look identical.

You know the show has gone down the toilet when people wish a magical twin appears out of nowhere and take the spotlight. lol

Patrick sits on the bench with a gun under his thigh and then this happens. In the season 2 final we have seen that Red John had a good aim with his gun. We have seen in many theories that it's plausible that Michael Kirkland is Red John.

Let's cover all our bases. :)

The hospital scene with Kirkland and Jason Lennon is one of the most PUZZLING scenes in the whole series.
There are two possibilities:
1)It is Bob Kirkland at the scene.So, what do we got?Kirkland asks if Lennon recognizes him.That makes total sense by the time he has a twin brother that he thinks Red John killed.Depending on Lennon's answer he would be able to get the information whether his brother is killed or not by Red John.
Kirkland: "Do you recognize me?Have you seen me before?Look close"
Lennon answers: "No"
Kirkland: "Are you sure?It's important."
Lennon: "Yes"
After that he takes out the injection and kills Lennon.WHY?We already know that Kirkland chases Red John as well, so killing a key-person to the case makes no sense.Some could say He wanted to make sure that Jane would not have the information Lennon could provide.But still, watch the S06EP04, Bob Kirkland tortures people and is being so aggressive, so determined, so sure for himself.He MUST do it till the end.At least he could ask him a couple of questions about Red John before killing him.THAT MAKES NO SENSE.

2)It is Michael Kirkland at the scene.What we got there?Killing Lennon makes TOTAL sense, for keeping away from Jane all the things that Lennon knew.So why is it so DAMN important about Lennon recognizing him or not?What's the point?I mean, if he was Red John, Lennon's answer is weird.Some might say he has lost his memory.That's impossible.Here's why:
Kirkland: 'You are in Sacramento Hospital, you've been shot.Do you remember that?"
Lennon: "Lorelei Martins"
Kirkland: "Correct.Your mind is CLEAR"
Some other might say that Lennon indeed recognized Kirkland as being Red John, and he answered "No" because he was afraid that if he would be able to recognize RJ, he must die.But that theory is rejected too.Why?Look at the expression on the face of Lennon.He clearly seems troubled trying to identify the guy that stands in front of him.
Last possibility:Lennon knows that Red John has a twin brother, and he answers no because he is not sure if the person that he is talking to is either Red John or his twin brother.In my opinion, there are a lot of scenes that puzzle the audience, and Bruno Heller is obligated to give the answers.

Just and idea. I think it
could be possible that the McAllister is in the church because he is helping
PJ. I believe that RJ has upset his inner circle, and this is what is going to
lead to his undoing. When RJ blew up the cabin he gave outs for all of the tyger
members. Being dead means that whatever blackmail RJ had over their heads isn’t
important anymore and they can live life in hiding, they are freed from RJ. Now
it is their chance to make right on their wrongs. The only one who screwed up
is Bertram, who is one the run because he now knows that RJ must kill him due
to PJ’s announcement that Bertram is RJ. McAllister is going to lead PJ to the
church where he meets RJ the twin, and this begins the final chase throughout
the episode until PJ kills RJ in the park.
