These are just a few thoughts.

The whole twin thing, plus the elluding to the bob murder was weird (rigsby talking to that detective), and PJ getting every suspect in the room. Not sure how PJ could convince RJ to meet out in a cabin out in the middle of no where. 

I suspect that RJ is either Bob or Patridge, only from the fact of the explosion. Perhaps RJ kills all the suspects which is when we learn who RJ truely is. For the episode great red dragon?

I'm still going to go with Micheal Kirkland

1.  His mother committed suicide by slicing herself with a razor.  Hmmmm that's RJ's MO.  He like to kill women by cutting them.

2.  Micheal could have felt abandon by his mother leaving him with his abusive father by committing suicide which would probably give him a hatred of women in general which would explain why Red John targets women and only kills men out of necessity.  

3. Micheal is neither confirmed dead or alive.

4. If this spoiler about the dots on Red John's shoulder are true and i'm not saying it is, then it could be a mark that is put on identical twins to tell them apart.
