It is Bob Kirkland, but not Bob Kirkland. His brother is Red John.. That is why he keeps asking people if they recognize him. Because his brother is a twin. 

D** it. Rob Kirkland is playing this very well into deceiving everybody. I dont think Haffner would be Red John. It doesn't describe the profile from the description that was described in a previous episode, Red John was described as a Narcissist. Haffner appears to be a ESFP personality type which describes why he is attracted to Lisbon. I think a serial killer as Red John would have to an introvert. Rob Kirkland is so so good at not letting emotions get to him. If i was told to get out of the Van i would be frighten not knowing what will happen next. Rob Kirkland was completely calm as if he know what was going to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if he was wearing a vest. I know my Theory may sound weak between Haffner being a ESFP and LIsbon a ISFJ, but extraverts are not likely to be serial killers. Somebody who is withdrawn from society and has hidden agendas are the enemy.

I am still not giving up on Suspecting Rob Kirkland. Tiger Tiger is a meaning from William Blake, the twist is happening now thinking that tiger tiger is a code used by the FBI. I strongly doubt that Red John is somebody higher up in the FBI. Why were they relaying information to the Homeland Security instead of the FBI itself? Rob Kirkland is Red John and i dont believe he is actually dead. he is pretending too. Who in their right mind would torture somebody to extract the truth. I see the truth Rob Kirkland is Red John and his followers are going to help him deceive everyone. 

I think something was given away in the last episode...
Kirkland talked about a twin brother...could it be that at one point his twin impersonated him leading to Jane into
thinking Kirkland was a suspect?
Kirkland's brother (when he disappeared) could have left to join Visualize and at that time became Red John.
No one will suspect it because Kirkland is not one suspect but two; with Bob now dead who would think twice...

Rob Kirkland is fooling anybody. I know he is definitely Red John. He is going about fooling us by torturing people. I see Rob Kirkland and Patrick Jane will have his Revenge. Give up Kirkland you are going to pay for all those years.
