According to Dr . Miller  Red John is a very good whistler ,  Out of the three options left in s06e02 they showed Haffner and McAllister whistling just to mess with us. So most likely RJ would be BOB KIRKLAND !!!!!

this is just something I noticed: When Kirkland was speaking on the phone, he was talking to a guy named Tom. Yeah, Tom. I believe he was talking to McAllister.
Kirkland was the one giving orders to Tom. Check out the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPblDPqw7eQ at 00:00:59, when Lisbon enters her office. I remember Kirkland speaking to Tom in another episode, but I couldnt find that one. 
It seemed like Kirkland was using Bertram like some sort of puppet, when he was talking to him after Lisbon left Bertram's office. Kirkalnd seems like the puppet master behind Bertram and McAllister (propably also behind Smith, who's clearly involved with Bertram and McAllister).

That doesn't have to mean Kirkland is Red John. But it would definitely rule out Bertram, McAllister and Smith. That would only leave Kirkland, Haffner and Stiles (considering Partridge's death).

I would love to hear your opinion about that and maybe you can find the other scence with Kirkland on the phone :-)

Red Jhon is none of the suspects , he wants PJ thinking he's one of the suspects , i just think PJ forgot about 1 hand shake . One or more suspects could be RJ minion, but none of these are RJ I am 100 % sure. epic tv-show

everybody that live in the eastern time zone, the mentalist wont be on until way late like 12. everything got pushed back.

The obvious choice i would say is Kirkland.
We know in one episode he sent some guys to break into PJs "thinking room",
PJ noticed that someone had broken in there so I think thats why he's not that spooked about RJ knowing about his list. 
Kirkland also killed a person with RJ connections before PJ had a chance to speak with him.
And he was eavesdropping when PJ spoke to Bertram.
All we know is that Bertram and Kirkland got some "fishy" going on.
I would not be surprised if it turned out to be one of them, or both. 

My alternative option is...
PJs father! Alex Jane
Whatever happened to him? Did he die? Where did he go?
He is the only one who could know about PJs happy childhood memory. 

And one more thing....Why oh why must they make cops so mtf stupid!? Why walk in to that house all alone without backup or making van pelt checking the GPSs during?? Then case would be solved!
Risky move by RJ i would say.

Hello. I am not very sure but I think Kirkland is likely to be Red John. Lets check our knowledge.

First of all, most people agree that Red John's reaching seven suspects list is related with Bob Kirkland. And Lorelei hasn't died. Because Red John can't guess all these events and seven suspects two months earlier. And Lorelei's dead body didn't have same bruises that are seen on the video. She must be alive.

Well if you say Kirkland is Red John's accomplice, think again. If you were Red John, and if there are some documents from which you should take out seven names, would you give this job to your accomplice? Is it possible that Red John thinks Kirkland is more clever than him? No. Red John would do it by himself.
So, Kirkland can not be Red John's accomplice. 

If you say Kirkland is trying to catch Red John, I will say no. 
- If he wants Red John and knows who Red John is, then why was he trying to solve seven suspects?
- If he wants Red John but doesn't know who Red John is, why didn't he ask Jason Lennon who Red John is?
So, Kirkland can not be Red John's enemy.

Because, he is Red John himself...

There is a blurry point. Kirkland asked Jason Lennon "Have you seen me before?" and he answered "no". I think Red John may have said to his disciples "Never ever recognize me, unless I tell you the opposite". You know they do whatever he says.


By the way, remember that Kirkland has been following Patrick Jane since he started to work with the CBI.
