-Reede Smith shoots Michael Kirkland

-Ray Haffner killed the copycats, Jared Renfrew and painted Lisbon's face after carving up Partridge

-Patrick kills Red John alone in a park

-The 3 suspects with the tattoo turned out to be undercover agents inserted into Tyger Tyger in a law-enforcement clean up

-Bret Stiles is Red John's father

-Patrick bombed his own house

Not so much a theory, if RJ turns out to be Reede, I would be really dissapointed, dosent find him the least charasmatic as all the ladies following RJ says he is.

Haffner looks like a lost puppy , drooling over Lisbon, but that can be an act to try and take Lisbon away from Patrick.

Kirkland's
twin brother, oh my, hope not, thats like, when movie makers make a
great movie, and you really looking forward to the end , and aliens pops
up, even tho the actor would pull out playing the part, he could scare
the shit out of me.

Bertram, a charasmatic womanizer , the same for McAllister
, ?!? I think not, Brett Stiles on the other hand, I think he know how
to seduce a woman, and make her feel like she's the only one, just see
how Van Pelt in a way is seduced by him, but again there is the age to
consider.

You have by now understood who I want to be RJ ,
Partridge, ( I know he's supposed to be dead) , he is the only one who
really wants Patricks friendship, and awlways testing Patrick , when it
comes to RJ murders, he almost always gets it wrong on a crime scene
just to hear what Patrick has to say, he admires Mr. Jane in a sick way.

And
what better way to plan the two of them to meet, without the
interuption from others law enforments then to fake your own dead, and
setting up a meeting face to face and finally see who get's who ?

The simplest proof you will ever read. All you need to be able to do is count.This is a fact. Bruno Heller says Red John KILLED Partridge.

Lets be serious. The guy painting Lisbon's face is the same guy who killed the copycats. Its Ray Haffner. We see Ray Haffner carves up Partridge.

So Ray Haffner is Red John OR he takes orders from Red John. Next episode at the hospital, Ray Haffner says "I heard you were this close to Red John," implying Lisbon was near him physically.

So we're already down to 2 suspects:

- Ray Haffner
- Brett Partridge------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------But in Black-Winged Redbird, Patrick says Red John's just killed Sophie Miller. Then he goes on to say he's killed 2 people in the space of days. 2?.... Eileen Turner, Brett Partridge, Sophie Miller... That's 3, right? In Patrick's eyes, since he already knows Brett Partridge is Red John, he doesn't count him as a true victim. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------What about Ray Haffner?

Well the clue is, in episode "Red John's Rules," you hear Partridge say "Red John's been laying low for years, working through friends and proxies."

So, Ray Haffner is a friend.

A lot of people are saying STOP THE BRETT PARTRIDGE THEORIES. HES DEAD.

Wake up.

1. Maybe it's BP maybe it's not BUT how on earth could one of the 7 suspects be killed BY RED JOHN and not be addressed or observed by Patrick !!! Red John was IN THAT HOUSE yet Patrick just went about his merry way. Wake up!!!

2. The actor was surprised and flattered to find out he's RJ, and was a Waldo. That's Partridge, Smith, and the Sherriff!

3. RJ wants to be Patricks friend. Ever see Patridges dialog with PJ?? It's SO OBVIOUS HE WANTS TO BE FRIENDS WITH HIM!!!!

4. Picture BERTRUM telling PJ he wants to be his buddy!! Idiotic. Picture Smith or Haffner doing it. NO WAY.

Remember. Jane gets RJ when RJ comes out and tries to offer Jane friendship. Does that work with ANY OF THE 7???

im really gonna be crazy . first i though 100% that red john is brett partridge , then when he got killed i started to think that he is ray haffner , but again after reading some theorys i knew partridge is still alive and he is red john , but then after that i tough its the sheriff . but now i think its bertram .
suriously . WTF 

First. We can't ASSUME just because BERTRUM is listed as appearing in episode 8 that he's Red John. I'm pretty sure through my other series experiences that the "guest" list on IMDB doesn't mean poopoo

Anyway. There are a few things that have come to light that DO INDEED strongly suggest BERTRUM, but I really hope he isn't.

First off. Can we believe ANYTHING that Heller has told us???? If Heller ISNT a liar, then I can't see BERTRUM being Red John.

He said its a WHERES WALDO kind of reveal. How could the head of the CBI be concidered a "Waldo". Really???
He said "People will be disappointed" when they find out who RJ is. I think that takes away even more.

Lastly. With the IMDB thing. Suppose that there's a "twist" killer. Obviously he won't be listed on IMDB, but BERTRUM may be listed because he just isn't dead!!! Maybe he's arrested and the team interrogates him over Tyger Tyger!!
