Correct me if I'm wrong, i had skipped a few episodes but i can recall that Red John's accomplices had a small red marble to help them identify each other?

After tonights episode, I am convinced that none of the 5 in the room were RJ. All that was proven tonight was that 3 of the 5 are members of RJ's organization. We have known for years that he had many followers and this comes as no surprise.

I am still convinced that Brett Partridge faked his death and is RJ, but a small part of me feels like it could be Bob Kirkland's twin brother Michael. Either one would be better than any of the 5 that were in the room. Whoever it is, I believe Patrick met them many many years ago when he was still in the carnival circuit. Red John is almost certainly, a Carney also.

Brett Partridge is Red John:
The reason I still think that its Brett Partridge is because he fits the description, age, height and body shape. Brett Partridge definitely would have the 3 dots on his shoulder because he is also a part of the Tyger Tyger organisation.

Brett Partridge has short hair and odd voice.

The actor playing Brett Partridge is 45 years old.
In 1988 he would be 20 years old.

Brett Partridge is just under 6 feet tall.
He is 5'11.

Brett Partridge would definitely have the three dot tattoo on his left shoulder as he is a part of Tyger Tyger organisation. He says to lisbon 'Tyger Tyger'.

The Reason Brett Partridge has to die is because he did not want Patrick to suspect him.

Bruno Heller says that Brett Partridge is definitely dead. Of course he is dead, there is no more Brett Partridge, there is only Red John.

Brett Partridge being Red John would have the surprise element in the storyline. A person who people think is dead is the serial killer. Who would taught of that.

Bret Stiles is dying, him being Red John would be boring. It would make Patrick Jane killed a person who is dying.

If Brett Partridge is not Red John, I hope that its either Ray Haffner or Sheriff McAllister.

If the person who killed the PI is Red John, it means that Red John is a part of the Tyger Tyger organisation. Because the PI says he has three dots tattoo. So it must be Sheriff McAllister/Reede Smith/Gale Bertram.

If the person who killed the PI is not Red John and Red John is not a part of the Tyger Tyger Organisation. Than Ray Haffner/Brett Stiles is Red John. Because Tyger Tyger Organisation have the three dot tattoo.

Just saw a very interesting image from the extended promo for The Great Red Dragon.

Rigsby is informing someone about the incident at Jane's house (the explosion) and he says:

"Red John brought in the bomb to kill Jane and the other suspects."

While he is saying this...images of 3 of the suspects are pinned to the board: McAllister, Haffner, and Stiles. This insinuates that either all 3 of these men were killed in the blast and Bertram and Smith are the remaining suspects (unlikely) or Bertram and Smith were killed in the explosion and McAllister, Haffner, and Stiles are the remaining suspects (more likely.)

I still think it's Partridge, but just wanted to throw that info out there for you guys:)

Or at least that's what Heller wants us to believe. If Partridge ISNT RJ, I am really looking forward to his explanation for the thousand and one clues that point that way. 

Rerun issue was never resolved in NYC. Even though we waited an extra hour ,we got the episode where Rigsby's father dies! After being a fan of this show for over five years I am very disappointed! CBS people in NYC dropped the ball big time! When I called them they had the audacity to say that everybody else was getting the rerun. However, that is clearly not true from these post, where others have watched the new episode.
