UHM what just happened ?! Is Patrick dead :(
This is going to sound manic and maybe not entirely understandable but you should be able to follow
You know blake's painting called 'a brace of partridge' or somethingit's a painting of two dead partridges
if we go along with it and say partridge is really dead and it's likely red john is going to die soon
could red john be the second partridge?this could mean two thingsred john is PARTIDGES TWIN (or at least brother, maybe sister at a push)(twin sister mebbeh)
okay what immortal hand or eye (i'm going to stick with stiles as the 'creator' for this)
could FRAME thy fearful SYMMETRYokay with the twin or sibling thing we have the symmetryBUT FRAME, PAINTING, it makes sense
the kirkland twin teasing might be a clue from the writers to gets thinking about the right kind of idea, and then when we find out it's like, OOOH WE WERE SO CLOSE then everyone is surprised but also kind of happy they have the right ideaso it's a win win situation
i'm not sure how it works out with the hand shaking and whatever
i recallI think it was hellerwho said in an interview or something after partridge diedthat it was important that he died thenor that there was some reason to it it was extremely vaguei'll see if I can find that quote again that would kind of make sensebut then why would rj kill his brother?
I'm kind of looking for answers to the questions I have myself. I might be looking into this a bit too much? Also just to point out the greek mythology stuff about daedalus and perdix and the fear of heights/partridge link with that. I think a lot of the stuff on here about any of the suspects can be 'plausible' which I think is a great thing that the writers have managed to achieve, Looking forward to tonights ep! :D
This is not a theory, just some stuff I noticed and wanted to share. I said in two previous theories that RJ might McAllister and that I would be disappointed if it was him because it would be too easy. Now I am leaning towards theory 8587.
- The number 5 is shown way too much in the show. Here are a few examples. The assassin in season 3 finale was going to room 505. All possible rooms were 105,205,305,405,505,605, and 705. In episode 605, the crime happens at room 815. This episode is centred about visualize and Bret Stiles. The unknown email sent by RJ impersonators had the numbers 554. The address where Partridge faked his death has the number 5. in season 5, episode 5 is red dawn, PJ's first case with the CBI. Episode 515 features Partridge without really needing him in that episode. PI address was 1065.
- Again, mirrored number "6" is present as the outline in the smiley face that RJ draws. He draws it with 3 fingers, so he draws 666 looking directly at the viewer. RJ thinks of himself as the devil, the dragon, the tyger.
- William Blake had a brother named "Robert Blake" that died. Robert Kirkland died in the show.
- The Tyger poem is a one of the poems in "Five songs from William Blake". Now back to Carmen Lee. Carmen is Latin for song and Lee is poem in Gaelic (picked it from a website which I don't remember). One of the songs or poems is "The land of dreams". [Among the Lambs clothed in white. She walkd with her Thomas in sweet delight. I wept for joy like a dove. I mourn O when shall I again return?] Thomas and doves.
-Also, the nurse asked for Carmen Lee. Two books by William Blake are "songs of innocence" and "songs of experience" and they both had a poem called "Nurse's song". In the first song, Blake drew a picture of a nurse under a tree with 7 children playing and birds are mentioned.
- In the introduction to "songs of experience", does Brad means Brett?
Hear the voice of the Bard!
Who Present, Past, & Future sees
Whose ears have heard,
The Holy Word,
That walk'd among the ancient trees.
So, yeah, this is all I got before tonight's episode.
I think it is Partridge just because of the "nasal voice".
I don't see any of the other suspect trying to speak with that kind of voice on purpose. It would be weird.
My guess is that partridge is not really dead.
I made a theory like 10 minutes ago, but I forget to say something:
We know that RJ and Partridge were in the same place in the first episode of this season.
So if all the suspects had a bug on them, and if Partridge and RJ were a different person, than at least another of the suspects should have been traced at that place where Partridge was, right? But nope. The only person that was traced to that location was Partridge. The rest of the suspects appeared on the computer screen traced in a completly different place.
Red John faked his death because he is Brett Partridge feeding pidgeons a.k.a. partridges because he has the same voice as Red John being forensic and totally macabre, irksome and creepy, by the way, Tyger Tyger.
What.
