Hello guys, I'm the guy who got more than 100 plausibles in a CBI Ron theory. But if CBI Ron is not RJ, (mainly cause he is not in the list), let me tell you something that most of the people here seems to be forgetting:
FIRST - in one of the episodes we discover that RJ had a relation with Rosalind Harker, so we can assume that RJ cannot be that hold, had a soft voice, etc.
SECOND - in season 5 we discovered that RJ worked in a farm in the date of 1988.So assuming that we are in 2013 in the show:
2012 - 1988 = 24
So, we know for sure that RJ has 24 years at least.But we also know that the workers in that farm started with an age between 16 years and 23.
So let's say that RJ was really young and started with 16:
24 + 16 = 40.
So, with this, we know that RJ is an age between 40 and 50 TOPS.
Which means, Stiles is out, McAllister is out, Bertram is out, and Reede Smith is out too (doesn't fit Rosalind's description)
So, right now, we can be sure that Stiles, McAllister, Bertram and Smith CAN'T BE RED JOHN. Not even closely.
Which leaves us: Partridge, Ray and Kirkland.
Kirkland's dead, so we have Partridge vs Ray.
Supposing Partridge is dead, that lead us to conclude Ray is Haffner. But he is not,
Partridge faked he is dead, because he knows that Patrick is smart enough to join the pieces I just joined here, and he knew that Patrick would end up with only too suspects: Ray Haffner and Partridge himself. Partridge might also know that Ray have feelings for Teresa, so knowing that he might actually not kill Lisbon so Patrick will think that RJ is really Haffner.
RJ is a Genius and an artist. Don't forget that.
My conclusion: None of the 7 suspects have a tattoo in their left shoulder. Why?
Actually, please see the last episode again, and freeze frame when the girl that was hired to bug the CBI office, opens her door. Watch the shadow of the guy in the door. Watch closely. Now, imagine how the CBI Ron shadow looks like. Yup, that was him working to Partridge. So CBI Ron must have a Tattoo.
And probably Patrick Jane will investigate all the suspects remaing in the list and conclude that nobody there has a tattoo, wich will make him look like a fool, and put RJ one step ahead of Jane again.
But write this down: RJ is Brett Partridge.

Just to straighten out the facts: Oscar Cordero was the SAC PD Detective who brought Rigsby the doctored up file on Kirkland's death. Note he was a plain clothes policeman not the uniformed policeman seen at the PI's home. However, both do seem suspicious!
Clearly Partridge faked his own death because he is Red John.
Why did no one come when Theresa Lisbon called for assistance? Because Red John told them to wait until he told them it was okay to show up. Red John made sure only his followers would arrive at the scene so he could fake his own death. Theresa was there to distract Patrick Jane from inspecting Partridge's body. That is why he drew the smiley on her face.
First of all excuse my bad English..
My opinion is was that Ray is Red John, but after watch this episode i think that RJ maybe is Partridge, i don't now maybe he fake his death it's why he hire a private investigator to bug the CBI, if Ray was RJ so he could bug the CBI easily, he have access to the office even if the team is not there,so why not Partridge is RJ and he fake his death and he is waiting for Jane to finish with all the remaining suspects...
i think that the creator know that most of the people think that Ray is RJ so what he is doing is that he focused on his phobia (Spider) and in the last episode when the visualize guy says that Ray left and he has something to do or whatever in the same time when RJ kill the girl, and pleeeeeeease what do you think when RJ draw the smiley face on Lisbon face? the response is to make Jane confused ( i can't find the word) and not check Partridge body, this allow to RJ accomplices to came and take his body (RJ=Partridge)
So Bruno heller is trying to make peaple forget Partridge and when the time come BOOOOOOOOOM, holy shiiiiiiiiiiiite, Red John is Partridge
