I just want to make clear one point: all this evolution of the list if coming because Lorelei told to Patrick that both of them knew each other.

Could not be this a trick from RJ?

For sure Red John should be on the first and second season, that is my feeling.

The tragedy that's coming for Rigsby/Van Pelt is directly related to Wayne's investigation into Bob Kirklands death. The Tyger group will have to protect itself from investigation.

Not saying Partridge still alive, but i wouldn't put it past the Tygers to have staged his death. After all, they did say that they cover up & stage crime scenes, something that Partridge would have been easily able to pull off & set up himself. 

I'm not saying it's Partridge, I just picked him because I had to.

I think at the end of the episode when Patrick said, "Now I have leverage," he knows who killed her, knows it isn't Red John, and knows it's someone from the Tyger, Tyger club. PJ obviously knows waaaaaaaay much more than he is leading on and is a smart cookie, so he would know that RJ wouldn't have some lazy PI plant a bug in the office when he's been getting info all along. 

PJ knows what's going on or he wouldn't have said "leverage," he would've used a different choice or words for that.

I have two theories about the 6x06 promo:

1- It will force them all to take off their shirts, but none of them have the tattoo said the woman. Jane is surprised, phone rings, Rj: Hello Patrick, all suspects were discarded, and now? Booom, bomb explodes.

So,The list was false? May be the Partridge?

2-It requires 5 to take the shirt, one by one, from left to right, first Bertram, Reede then BOOOOOOOM, something breaks and everything is for the next episode, leaving only 3 suspects, haffner, Stiles and Sheriff.

So,Of these three, bet the Sheriff.

I have watched too much T.V to believe someone is dead without seeing the body so i still think Partridge is Red John but i also think that Van Pelt works for Red John who recruited her when she was in L.A. last year or sooner....Since coming back she quickly got back together with Rigsby and then married him.  I think this is some sort of ploy.. Rigsby was complaining that the passion didn't seem to be there. after the wedding so   I think she knew he was suspecting something so that is why she showed up in the sexy outfit last week.  and who doesn't do it on their wedding night. Wayne said they were both tired but i think he was embarrassed to tell Cho it was her that did not want too. And the way Wayne keeps going on about how happy he is feels like they are setting us up for a betrayal....just a thought....
