Why would Red John bug the CBI office?

i think by doing that we can safely rule out:

1- CBI Ron, because why would Red  John bug the office that Ron is in it?
2- Ray Haffner, he had access to the entire office and he is an expert in surveillance,he wouldn't do it this poorly.
3- None of the CBI team is an accomplice.

From what we have saw from 6th episode promo someone  blow up the 5 remaining suspects

It could be :

1- Red John trying to eliminate  all remaining suspects(he is not on the list).
2- The Tiger Tiger group's attempt to end Red John for good.
3- Red John is one of the 5 and he will cleverly fake his death. 
4- Brett Partridge isn't dead and he is taking advantage of that.
5- Patrick Jane will go nuts and blow them all!!!!.

If you are Red John, you only rely on an amateurish private investigator to bug the CBI when you can no longer do it yourself or have your old police connections do it because you are supposed to be dead. Think about it....

My wife has been a viewer of this show since day one and got me to watch it a bit the last couple of seasons. The who is red john story line kind of sucked me in. I don't know all of the details but she filled me in a bit with how the red john stuff started etc. As kind of an outsider viewing only fairly recent episodes, I strongly believe red john is going to be either Kirkland or Partridge ( someone who is supposedly dead) I don't have an angle or facts or theories. Just an opinion of someone looking at it with fresh eyes

Was it really RJ who ordered the bugging of the office?

If so, guys with access to the office should be innocent - they could as well have placed the bug when no one was watching instead of letting a noob-girl to it.

Bertram, Reede (and CBI Ron) innocent then?

I guess Partridge is the guy with least access to the place, if he only would be alive...

Here is a new theory that entered my mind after watching tonight's episode and the preview for Fire and Brimstone: Haffner says to Jane: "There's a comeuppance heading your way." I believe this is a reference to the Tyger Tyger group.

In the next episode, Jane succeeds in getting all of the Red John suspects gathered together in one room. Jane pulls a gun, and he seems intent on killing whichever one of them is Red John. Lisbon tries to convince him to stop, and as she arrives, the building Jane and the suspects seem to be in explodes. My thoughts on what happened? The Tyger Tyger group is actually AGAINST Red John and they found out that all of the suspects were in that room. So what do they do? Blow the place up of course. Cause we all know Jane's not going to do that. He has a gun in his hands, not a bomb.

Also, aren't the suspects all gathered together a little too early? We still have two RJ episodes after it. Interesting..

So we have learned of a tattoo consisting of 3 dots.   I am hoping in a way that all the gentlemen that PJ confronts have the tattoo.  Perhaps as part of the tiger tiger club.  The 3 dots could be part of a paw print?   I just don't want this to be simple and I really don't want RJ to be Haffner.  I feel like there has been so much mystery built around RJ that this revealing of clues and narrowing it down takes away from his (RJ's) character.   I really want to be surprised by the reveal and hope there is something unexpected planned!
