First of all, this is not really a theory, just want to point something out.

1- the show is becoming fucking annoying, and stupid

2- the most obvious suspect to be red john is dead, or we suppose he is.


Now, let me tell you something. Patrick is not stupid, and in my opinion this is a fake list that he wanted red john to have to mislead him.

Because think about this, if Patrick really suspects of these 7 guys, he just had to do one thing: Set a meeting with all of them, in a place like CBI. He could just send a message to all the 7 suspects to be in CBI, and then guess what? He only needs to call Rosalind too. Rosalind will touch every suspects face and listen to them talking, and easily she will tell Jane who the hell is Red John. That would be so fuckin easy.

I dont even understand why are they spending so much time making new episodes when they can go straight to the point.
Anyway, this show is becoming stupid, we have also seen episodes where the killer touches the weapon of crime with his own hands (without using gloves) and leaves the weapon right after the killed person. They spend a whole episode try to find the guy, when all they should do would be pick the weapon and take fingertips LOL.

Anyway, my point is, the list must be fake, and in my opinion Brett Partridge is not really dead. Because I think he is RJ.

And CBI Ron must be one of RJ's puppets, I'm 100% sure of that.

I am not actually accusing anyone, but what do you think Bruno Heller meant by "we'll be disappointed when we know who Red John is"?

Disappointed because it was way to obvious (like Kirkland)?

Disappointed because it was a totally underdeveloped character (like Smith)?

Disappointed because the character was not part of the show from season 1 (like Haffner)?

Or disappointed because it is not the character that the majority of users wants to be (Partridge)?

I was really disappointed when Brett Partridge was the first to go :( I thought he was the only suspect who showed enough intelligence and hidden demented fantasy to be a convincing Red John... plus I just don't like the aggressive and bureaucratic nature of the next most popular suspects, doesn't seem to make a good fit for Red John in my opinion.

Plus, I thought the 'Here enters Red John' scene way back when made a brilliant entrance/clue!

Anyway!

Does anyone find it weird that, while Patrick is talking to Red John in the first episode this season, the voice of RJ is not 'distorted' when it cuts the the shot of him wiping off the linoleum knife? We know he has to be using a voice changer while talking over the phone (and was wearing a mask when he first confronted Patrick), plus a few comparisons on youtube show it might be Simon doing some of the voices albeit pitch-altered, but the voice as he is wiping the blade sounds very natural. Is it possible he is simply changing the tone of his voice without assistance?

I think Brett Partridge is RJ. Using his forensic skills he can fake his own death, then when Lisbon looked away, he grabbed her feet. The door  was opened by an assistant.

In an interview Bruno Heller said it wouldn't be like the story 10 Little Indians, with an RJ suspect dying every week, but in the book of that story, the main killer fakes his own death right at the start, then goes and kills others, so Partridge may be the first to 'die', but like in the book, he faked it.

Brett Partridge is not that. Heller said there was a clue in the last scene of Desert rose. Look up closely before Lisbon got attacked. She was surprised by seeing something on the sink close to the curtains full of blood, she saw a piegon.This why she had the surpised look right before falling down. That means that the blood is fake, then Partridge is not dead, so follow the logical thinking. This all will be misleading facts if we see Partridge body, which i do really hope to spare me some disapointement about Partridge being RJ.
