I think that Partridge is still alive because when Lisbon checked the GPS tracker, only Partridge's tracker was at the location. The other 6 suspects' trackers were elsewhere.

What I believe has happened is Partridge has knocked Lisbon unconscious. Now that Lisbon thinks Partridge is dead (which is the last thing she saw), it is possible that in the next episode, Partridge's body may 'disappear', courtesy of Red John (aka Partridge) taking it away. Although Partridge may have simply got up, painted Lisbon's face, then got away, with the knowledge that Lisbon thinks Red John killed Partridge then took his body away to dispose it in his own way (although it seems far-fetched because RJ has always left his victims bodies at the crime scene).

My theory is that Lisbon is not dead 100% and Brett Partridge is not Red John.He is killed by Red John. Remember that , when Red John kill somebody , he always draw the funny face on the wall using the victim blood . In the episode , he killed Partridge and he used his blood to draw the funny face on Lisbon's face . I am very sure that Partridge is not Red John.

I have been accusing Bret Partridge since the pilot episode. Every episode involving Red John, directly, Bret Partridge makes an appearance . He matches the blind lady, Rosalind Harker's description exactly. The voice is a dead ringer... He is first on scene usually with the Red John murders.. He is forensics ... Which means he can manipulate evidence.. As far as him " dying" in the first episode of the new season... I believe it is just misdirection, he is not dead.. Unless we physically see his body buried in the next episode, he is alive.. Why in the hell would he be lying there dying, and mutter the words, " tyger tyger" ? Did red john cut him up and tell him, " now bret... Before you die, make sure you say, tyger tyger" ? NO! Lisbon is NOT DEAD either. Just knocked out.. And my guess is we wont see bret partridge till the last episode! ALSO!!! The BIG CLUE that Bruno Heller says is in the last scene with Lisbon where she gets taken... After Partridge falls out of the cabinet, Lisbon kneels down to check on him, then the door creeks open and as she stands back up, notice, her back is up against a wall. Effectively, no one can be behind her. When she gets "grabbed" , you see her fall backwards, as if someone grabbed her from behind. Which, isn't possible. Ergo, bret partridge , while on the ground, swept her legs from underneath her. Boom

Unless we see a scene next episode with Partridge being buried or something to do with his body my money is still on him. Patrick said Red John with know you bugged the phones and use that to his advantage and he did by drawing Lisbon to him. Now if he wasn't going to kill her then he would have to make sure she didn't see him or fake his death so she thinks that Red john kill Partridge and knocked her out when really Partridge fake being hurt to eliminate him self for now so he could throw Patrick off when he finds out none of the other 6 are Red John.  Taking it back ( When Partridge fell out the door was close he falls Lisbon turns around door open THEN get hit in back . Partridge is Red john 

Partidge (RJ) is a great Actor. He'd have to be right? He was faking be hurt / killed in tonight's episode to throw off Teresa (and the audience). All 7 Suspects are in on it though, which is how RJ was able to "predict" (in Laura Li's video) the list Patrick would eventually narrow down to. It's not a prediction or getting inside Patrick's head, it's simply a way to mess with Patrick by using the truth that Patrick would eventually realize, but not fully understand the extent of. He was counting on the fact that he would be hesitant to tell anyone, but would likely confide in Teresa eventually, at which point he could mess with Patrick (and the audience a little more) by nabbing Teresa, then letting you think she could be dead (which she's not btw).

It's patridge. He is faking that he got killed. Plus u see the way lisbon fell to the ground, she got swooped off her feet. Also recall, all of Red John's victims are dead when found, he wasn't.

Brett Patridge and Lorelei both arent really dead !!!

Why on earth would Red John kill on of the suspects and in turn increase the chances of Jane discovering who he really is???
