My opinion is, we will see the unmask Red John end of this series, but probably he won't be arrested or killed.

not sure, but it looks like Brett Partridge is Red John, because the
simplest answer is the most obvious. His style fits perfectly and very
suspicious for me, that he will be back in 5X15 episode. Hmmmm.)

Brett is just like Dexter Morgan from "Dexter" for those who don't know, Dexter is a TV show about a serial killer that works with the police, He is a blood spatter analyst so he can tell what happened to dead victims, ie. where they were shot. When we first saw Brett he was sort of explaining Red John's M.O(how he kills), he explained it... Jane said it himself that he enjoyed his work too much, so he enjoys deceiving the police, so that would explain Lorelei saying Jane and RJ were both deceitful. 

At the least... Brett has to be the copycat that helped Jane after he was abducted by the copycats. If you watch YouTube videos that change the pitch of Red John talking, you'll see that it sounds like Jane. So a part of me believes Jane may be RJ. 

He is the red john becouse he has the same voice like red john.. that's all.. and i am shure of it 100%

i think brett partridge is redjohn because anytime its a copycat of redjohn hes there. and also the second time they meet, he says "jerk" when he walked out of the room which i thought that that meant that redjohn still dosnt forgive patrick jane for talking badly about him on tv. There both trying to seek revenge. brett has the same voice in the last episode of the second seris.
i have a second theorie about gale bertrim he likes william blake so does redjohn coincidence or not. tiger tiger burning bright in the forests of the night ..... by william blake ..... i hope all of ye think my theorie is right.red john is creepy and always will be

I have just read a really intersting theory. I think it would be a great solution from Bruno Heller if rj has a twin. But i dont think it. It also could be interesting if rj would be the son of Bret Stiles.
But if we take all the "clues" into consideration i think we can lock out a lot of character. But it would be an other turning if Brett Partridge would be the son of Bret Stiles..what is your opinion?

Here is just a thought. On episode 9 of season 5 at the end, Jane has a list of Red John suspects. When he turns the page, their is like 10 different suspects. It just so happens that Jane's finger shadow covered Brett Partridge'name. This theory may has been mentioned before, but just wanted to point it out again :)

Hello everyone. This is Andre_John again, and once again I'm making a theory based on Brett Partridge as RJI also made other theory's that you can read here on Bret Partridge (one of those got 89 plausibles and 5 unlikely's) and also on CBI Ron.

So this time let's add some science to the investigation, which means MATHS. (I know, boring, but easy stuff, I promise)

Alright, so in the last episode we learned that RJ worked in a farm in the date of 1988.So assuming that we are in 2012 in the show:
2012 - 1988 = 24

So, we know for sure that RJ has 24 years at least.But we also know that the workers in that farm started with an age between 16 years and 23.
So let's say that RJ was really young and started with 16:
24 + 16 = 40.
But I think that for a first murder, 16 is not likely, so let's say he had 20.
24 + 20 = 44

Okay, so let's consider that RJ is now 44 years old, more or less.
I always thought Brett Partridge was RJ or in some way, one os his puppets. But I thought, well Brett seems a little bit young to me, like 30 years or around that,but we have no idea about his age.So I went googling on Jack Plotnick (Brett Partridge actor) and he is exactly 44 years old.

So, Brett is RJ or maybe one of his puppets. About that I'm 100% sure.

Along with Brett Partridge I think there are some other possibilitys that fit in RJ age, but two of them are most likely:

1- CBI Ron (My favourite suspect. Maybe he is RJ and Partridge works to him), and as we know he is getting more and more importance in the show. In the last episode he gives Lisbon "Happy Birthday!"

2- Virgil Minelli.

There are also some other clues like Ellis Mars ore Mashburn, but I think that Brett Partridge, CBI Ron, and Minelli are the most likely.
