How about we discuss few strange things happened in the first episode of this season that just doesn't fit in this whole "macallister is red john" thing
1. That awkward way Lisbon fell on the ground in the end? Try to listen carefully, what could that be?
2. Smiley face on Lisbon - It's always about saying to CBI "I did it again, I've performed a murder" - but she stayed alive, how about he poisoned her or something?
3. And again room full of pigeons but RJ feels safe and comfortable.

This is very simple.

The FBI now wants Patrick back because they have found bodies laying with a bloody smiling face right next to them. They have kept it secret so that no one panics. They will reveal this information to Patrick once he accepts to work for them.

Well missStiles should go to therapy for being scared about people who gives their opinion about a show.
Now, this is the first time i ever share a theory, but there are some things that i think is important to notice.
In episode 6x01, did u guys notice how lisbon fell? Im not near a brett partridge fan or want him to be red john , i dont have any red john favorite i just want to know who is the real(cant be McCallister he is just so lame), comin back to the scene moment.... looks like she is grabbed from the floor and got knocked out by the fall. So , you may ask... and the blood from partridge? well he is a forensics guy , he saved some of his own blood for that moment and faked the dna from the body , which wouldnt be hard from red john to fake his own death, he even call patrick not caring about the voice because jane wouldnt think that red john will do that stupid thing.
The main characteristic of red john is that he wouldnt let someone do the dirty work for him, he is a showman, an artist , an artist wouldnt let someone else do the work, HE has to do it, so... every kill when the red smile appears, red john has killed. So when patrick was save from the crazy guys in 2x23, he probably wasnt red john, i think that guy was timothy carter , the voice and everything was from him and from the 6x01 we can deduce the real red john is partridge . Is that or believe that Mcsissyallister managed to kill partridge and knock out lisbon surrounded by pigeons. Why would partridge let lisbon alive? So she could tell patrick she witnessed an injured partridge.
I really believe that a genius, like red john is supposed to be, the "moriarty" of jane (like heller said in an interview) wouldnt kill a suspect from the 7 list because why in the world will you make things easier for jane. 7 is much better than 6, at that point jane didnt have any real clue, partridge was even member of the blake association !!!!!! Why would red john kill him?? , makes no sense. What makes sense is that a genius, inmediately wants to get erased from that list.
So the big question here is why would jane , a genius too, wouldnt see all this , the fake death, the fake clues... why? because he wants to move on he wants closure, he cant be objective about red john or smart as he usually is because all that he wants is to see him die.
Maybe thats why he didnt want to go back to california, to avoid finding another clue or even thinking that McAllister wasnt the right guy.

And dont ever believe that cunt of heller, he already told the audience that we would have answers , and we didnt , now he say its over, so he is a lier and one of the two possibilities is the truth, because of that everyone has the right to keep making theories until the end of the series arrive.

Woo. Go watch the episode Red John again. When talking with gale Bertram Bertram says I hate to tell you but km just a humble foot soldier for the BA. BRETT John is the top brass. He said Brett not red john. A very subtle hint. Plus if McAllister was red john he wouldn't need to kill Bertram as a loose end because he was planning on showing himself regardless to kill Jane. If he needed Bertram dead he would've let him and Reede die in the explosion and just faked his own death then disappear. It was when Bertram hinted Brett john to Jane that sealed the deal for him. It couldn't get out that Brett partridge is red john. Plus Jane was testing McAllister when he asked him if Brett partridge helped him fake his death, weeks after partridges "death". Add in the obvious that partridge would need to know how to fake a death to help McAllister and you've got very subtle hints that partrdige is still alive. If the BA contacts people while remaining unknown then partridge wouldn't need to die since he wouldn't know the person calling or why they he was planning. If McAllister was red john he wouldn't need to kill partridge or Bertram is what I'm saying. Plus McAllister never said he was red john. He said " I am the Blake Association " meaning he was sent there by the top guy, Brett partridge to kill Jane and Bertram, who is suspected of being red john, so the real red john can escape and live freely.

My guess. Partridge is red john and helped McAllister get the body and DNA the day McAllister found out where they were meeting, after partridge fake his own death, so McAllister could survive and wouldn't be killed. McAllister helped partridge get the body to fake partridges death as well. If you look the body has long hair in the back and partridge had cut his hair short so it can't be his body. In return for helping McAllister live partridge asked McAllister to do him a favor. Save Bertram and smith and make Jane believe one is red john. Then kill them both to make it look like they killed each other in a duel to the death. That way McAllister could live and partridge, red john, could also get Jane off his back because he was getting too close. It all wpukdve worked too if jane wouldn't have suspected McAllister and brought the pigeon.
