With just over 14 hours to go to the episode, I'd just like to say, I saw right through Bruno Heller's trick.
All those years Heller has been smart but not this year.This year he was fucked up.He liked to end this RedJohn saga as fast as possible and gave us this SHIT.He messed up things.we fans thought that he is misleading us and there may be some REAL TWIST but now i think that`s not gonna happen.So fans let us enjoy this new Jane forgetting the EPIC(you know what i mean) "RED JOHN" episode..
__/\__ BRUNO HELLER.
getting sick of reposts from stoopkid and redrigsby
stop fishin for greens.. no matter how hard you try, the negs will always prevail
oh, and bruno is speaking truth - red john is done... momentarily
i'd bet my virginity that this isn't the last we hear of red john.
it would be silly not to go back to it in the last ever episode(s)
the mentalist is red john and red john is the mentalist. it must end with him
put yourselves in bruno's shoes......... it only makes sense to end on red john.
that could mean more closure on mcallister or perhaps a jaw-dropping revelation and return of a killed character (does it really matter?) as long as red john is the final stamp
or, having said that, perhaps end on something mind-blowing (preposterous) like a last scene of jane killing again showing him painting the red smiley revealing it was him all along
after all, like someone pointed out, there has always been hints that jane could be rj.
nothing can disprove that as well.. apart from the bleeding obvious concept of time-space continuum
but anything can be explained on tv
one more thing, if you're going to try and make a cohesive and seemingly intelligent theory by the use of big words... can you at least get the grammar correct?
it irks me because you're trying to sound smart but contradicting yourself at the same time with mistakes like:
"would of"
using "however" incorrectly (punctuation)
using semicolons incorrectly
if you weren't trying to sound so smart maybe i'd appreciate your theory
until then, enjoy my negs

It's strange how Mcallister never actually said he IS Red John. Watching the episode again, how could the writers not get Mcallister to say he's Red John? There was no reason to beat around the bush!!! And now Heller says "Red John is dead. We're past that," yet how are we 100% sure Mcallister was even Red John? Of course, yes, people will say that it was implied but how can you be so sure?
Apparently it is 'delusional' to continue similar theories like this, so I'll change it up a bit. Heller says "Red John is dead," now I'm not going to agree with that mealymouthed writer regularly, but for the sake of this theory, let's speculate he's is speaking truth.
So Red John is dead; what if Mcallister wasn't Red John and actually just the leader of the empire he talked about - Blake Association. Who is the last person to die by Patrick Jane in a similar way, as in PJ believed he was Red John - Timothy Carter. And, reading this now, you've no doubt seen that honestly great episode 'Strawberries and Cream'. I really liked that episode, very good. What if Timothy Carter was actually the Red John, and ever since, Red John murders that have happened were conducted by Red John associates, BA members and corrupt cops? This way, not only has PJ killed the real RJ (Timothy Carter, in a good ending) but he has dismantled BA by killing their leader. Sure, Heller probably didn't do this, but just imagine.
Then in this way, we can agree the ending of Red John was actually a good episode, because indeed, Strawberries and Cream was a very good episode. Love the last scene, done perfectly. By the way this makes me think how Heller could write something so good like Strawberries and Cream, yet write such a disappointing rap-up like Mcallisters end. I mean there must of been other ways to make it epic like Timothy Carters death? Oh well.
Besides, its sort of, in a weird and strange way, makes sense. Either the show has really bad continuity with clues (for example like every clue in the last 5 seasons didn't mean shit in the final RJ episode), or maybe the clues were all not real RJ clues, maybe just because they were done by BA members and aren't related.
I somehow speculate in the next few episodes, the writers would have to tie in Timothy Carter and Mcallister, which overall would be quite unlikely. However, just an interesting thing I thought of the other day and in the end, I really hope there is flashbacks in the next few episodes, maybe link together the past to make things more clear. And I hope Brett Partridge isn't dead... although thats another debate in itself.
I remember some theories on here about how Stiles isn't dead, and how he knows more than Red John ever did (from an episode in S3 or S4?). Interesting how Visualize meant so much to the story yet now is like completely irrelevant.
Comment if you want.
During the week in which McAllister was revealed as Red John....
There were more Brett Partridge theories than Thomas McAllister theories.
Imagine how crazy it would be if it turns out Brett Partridge is Red John and the episode last week was fake? *Wink face*
partridge is rj
ironman has spoken!!
