If McAllister returned after being declared dead, why couldn't Brett Partridge do the same? For that matter, the sheriff could pose as Red John to mislead Patrick Jane just like Timothy Carter did in the season 3 finale.

So, the perhaps the leaked episode is real, but it may not be the end of it :) according to IMDB there are still a couple of episodes to go.

First they think I'm Bertram...

Then they think I'm McAllister...

If the so-called "leaked" episode was real or not, no idea. However, while we wait, I urge you to watch Criminal Minds s9e7.

Plotnick is a weird ass killer, a lot better than the "fake" Red John.

I think there was a subliminal message left in the fake episode by Heller. In the church, Patrick says "Whatever you think, the opposite is true".

I'm hoping this is the case at least :)

How much does it cost to do an episode including all the actors in the leaked episode plus Jack Plotnick(Brett Partridge)?
