This last episode is called The Great Red Dragon. In the Book of Revelations the great red dragon refers to the final one world government. For the show this could refer to the blake society. The Dragon has 7 heads (the 7 from Janes list). The Bible tells that one of the dragons heads (referring to the antichrist) is wounded, appears dead then appears to be resurrected. Brett partridges face isn't shown when Cho checks the tattoo. Not to mention brett is the only one with build and sound of voice as red john. I believe he faked his death with the help of the blake society.

Partridge is still alive. They only want you to think he is dead.

Partridge is the one that tased Lisbon when in the abandoned house. There is a reason they didn't show his face when Agent Cho checked for the tattoo on his shoulder in the morgue.

Then they will twist it to show that Jane did a reading over him when they were both children while working for his father at the carnival. This will be when they shook hands.

It's how I would have wrote it. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

If Partridge is Red John, I think he should come back dressed as Red Vader. Then Patrick and Red Vader duel with their lightsabers in the park. Patrick's blue clashing against Partridge's red.

Stiles is the most intelligent person in the entire series, he is the most powerfull person in the entire series, he knows Patrick the best out of everyone in the whole series (yes, even of Lisbon, 'cause he shares a past with him), he is the only one to have followers in the whole series (as head of the Visualize, and obviously the Tyger-Tyger Conspiracy working for him).
He is the father or just a father figure to Brett Partridge. Now, Stiles is dying of cancer and what he is doing is leaving his entire work (as Red John) to his "son". Partridge is the second cleverest person (or third, depending where you put Patrick) in the series. Partridge's body is missing (the one Cho saw was obviously not his), and the voice in the next episode's promo is his.
End of story.
