THE THEORIES

I take back what i said about Walter Mashburn being Red John.

He is filming 4 movies at the same time! he doesn't have time for a TV show.

i really wanted Red John to be either Partridge or Mashburn :(.Really sad.. i cant see any character that can be Red John at this point, you say Haffner? hes dumb weak open book character who admitted that Jane is smarter than him.

If i had to choose i would say Gale Bertram.

Finally a conclusive theory about Kirkland-
He is RJ's right hand and has to proof his loyality to him.
Thats the reason he hunted down Lorelai after her escape and
and why he killed Lennon.
Now he has to keep RJ updated on Patricks List and stole it.
RJ knows already the real list because of his surveillance
techniques. Kirkland becoming aware that his list is a fake has to geht
The real One to proof his abilities to protect and support RJ
So he tries to torture PJ....
I think PJ knows RJ since episode 3 and was working on his Elaborate
Trap to get him fixed.
We will see....
By the Way- Am I the only one totally annoyed by the 1578980. th
recitation of that useless poem?!?!?
Nobody is able to remember Shakespeare and by now i cant get this stupid Poem Out of my head....

Random observations.
Crystine Frye is sister of FBI agent who shot the CBI head.
Strange how suddenly 1 month ago CBI dropped non-dating rule among agents. PJ seemed to be happy about. I doubt there will be happy ending for new weds.
Amazing amount red head people in series 2% of population are red headed.
Mystery of one of them, van Pelt is still to be revealed.

For me RJ is Gale Bertram. In the last episode of season 2 RJ mention to Jane a poem of William blake called "Tyger" that begin like that : "Tyger! Tyger! burning bright...In the forest of the NIGHT..."
The first appareance of Bertram is in the first episode of season 3 (red sky at NIGHT) and Jane answer to Bertram what he do on the crime scene.
Bertram is the one that knows all the poems of William Blake (Tyger too) and was on the one suspected the crime scene when Partrige was killed.
So : Bertram = RJ

Bret Stiles can´t be RJ-not because he´s too old ,but because  head of a "church" being a Serial killer in an US TV Show might be too offensive to Tom Cruise and his buddies...

i think it´s kirkland.sometimes the obvious is the less exspected.

and please stop this anagramming everything and sign reading Thing.
7 swans,8 pidgeons...who ´cares?
I´m looking Forward to a great final Episode! Keep guessing!

I'm down to 2.
My original and still current guess Bertram and then the dead man Partridge.
I want to see Partridge moaned in an open coffin, and to be sure he is dead. Otherwise all the Red Dragon and anything related to Tyger Tyger poet starts to be heavy weight resurrection evidence.

The elegance of season 3 final has left me to wonder why did Jane, by influence of RJ?, suddenly get so confident of how the room arrangement was indicated. He drove Bertram away, as a "wrong" subject.
PJ: "Walk away!"
RJ: "There will be consequences! Mark my words."

The remaining characters are just not enough "at plain sight" as these 2 have been.

I wonder why people are inclined to take on the clues which are the most concrete? Perhaps I'm too inclined to the subtle (plain at sight) clues...

Partridge is dead!!!! End of, now move on. Also it isn't Kristina Frye, Walter Mashburn or CBI Ron, and it's definitely not Jane! So please stop with these theories! My favourite suspect is Bertram and he has been since season 3.
