Just watched the episode with ellie mars again and wow. How on earth did anyone think he was red john? I mean i have no room to talk but still van pelt and rigsby are a mystery. Mars has no mystery to him he is a funny character and i like him but he was a con artist and jane used him. Good ep tho

Why is everyone being so hostile! This website is for Fans of the mentalist who want to talk about what happend in the show as well as the identity of red john. Why is some people getting mad at peoples ideas ? Imagination people its a wonderful thing .
And if you think for one second that this show is not getting us ready for a huge twist that will blow our minds than you haven't watched this series . Have a little faith.
Do you really believe that this will be the ONLY season to bot have a great surprise ending ? Its illogical to think so based off prior seasons.

Red john was sitting in sophie millers chair. He noticed she takes no notes and uses a recorder . A recorder he left for jane to find . A recorder with fears of heights and pidgeons. The real red john isn't scared of anything !
Rigsby finds the recorder . Sophie thought rj was lying about everything. Jane concluded this was true but "maybe there clues" . Why the f would macalister spill his beans. Look like his lying . And then chop off her head and leave her recorder behind .???not logical
There are two red johns. Lol i know. Macalister was "playing" red john for the BA. He along with partridge were faking crime scenes to look like red john did it .
Partridge was killed because he had that info.

The real red john went and saw sophie miller and gave her all lies as she thought but he really gave her the fears of the BA members !! Jane said they were clues even tho they he was "lying" to sophie .
Sophie miller is another thing to add to the "Macalister wouldn't do that list."
