ppl who say brett faking his death

it will be so obvious if we ddnt find his dead body in the next episode
and red john is revealed after 2 episodes only :)
what will they say about it? red john took his dead body ? he dont do this at all !

2-why would red john do all this to kill a woman .. rly ! fake his death to distract her ? and come from behind? just kill her like always man :S he is already professional serial killer

3- lock the closet from outside on him self?

4- open the door while he is on the ground ??

i believe he is ray haffner cuz
1- the pic of red john face looks alot like him ( the pic taken from an episode for him killing some one .. idont remember the episode sorry :( )
2- in the 1st appearance of red john in season 2 final he ddnt look like an old man in the way he walk or lifting jane from the ground .. old like gale and brett .. but he fit to ray haffner

also it shows that he dislike jane
4- and more u can find about him .. as he fit the description of red john .. and they say red john connected to the police as he was a police officer or somthing like that i dont remember rly :d .. and so on :)

This is not a theory, rather a way to sort things out!! So I think an easy way for Patrick to reduce his list of suspects to only one suspect would be to record every suspect's voice and then to ask Rosalind Harker wich voice is the one that sounds in  the same way as Roy Tagliaferro's voice sounded.

I have recently (about 2 months ago) posted a theory which most of you (about 100 if i remember correctly) regarded as plausible. However it somewhat turned out to be nonsense as Brett Partridge is now dead. So after watching 6 x 01, I made up my thoughts entirely new and came up with a few very interessting factors:
1. Lisbon is not dead. (Bruno Heller quot: "Lisbon fans don't have to be worried, even though they are supposed to be"). I am also pretty sure why Red John drew the Smiley on her face.
What I think happened was that Red John made her uncouncious (probably with an injection) and then he drew the Smiley on her face for the following reason: He murdered Brett Partridge without a Smiley at the wall! We know that if you see a RJ victim you must see the Smiley first. Therefore what will happen is that Jane will, when finally entering the room, look for Libson first before bothering to look at Partridge. When finding out that she is uncoucious or even sleeping, he will then look at the dead Body of Partridge. Then he will have seen the Smiley first and the actual vicitm of Red John.
2. With that knowledge now.... WHO ON EARTH COULD BE RED JOHN? I will utilise the same method as before going through factors for every single character on the list: 
1. Brett Stiles: too old, no Chance to have the voice, Stiles is not average size as  Rosalind said (hes waaay smaller)
2. Reede Smith: would be cool as when rearranging the letters of his Name, it could mean: The Red is me. However, Smith is small and fat which does not fit Rosalind's description
3. Sherrif Thomas McAllister: would definetely be interessting, but he is too old and again the voice could not possibly fit. However, I cannot fully disclude him unfortunately
4. Bob Kirkland: Once again: WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy too obvious, but definetely a Person working in coorperation with RJ.
5. Gale Bertram: he is very, very tall which Rosalind did not say. On top of that his voice once again cannot possibly fit. However he is my number 2 candidate, just because I  had a bad Feeling about him the first Episode he appeared.

Coming to my main suspect: Ray Haffner
Notice that RJ's fingers are very skinny which can only be the case for Kirkland, McAllistar and Haffner (Smith too fat, Stiles too fat, Bertram not as thin as required).
On top of that he is a member of visualize which we know that Red John definetely is (or was).

He offered Lisbon a new Job in 05 x 13. If he really is Red John, he knew of Jane's recent Feelings for Teresa and wanted to gain her as a allie for the "game" that he is playing with PJ. The fact that he snatched Lisbon fits as well, as Lisbon's Team had always outpaced Haffner's Team.

So in conclusion my ranking is:

1. Ray Haffner
2. Gale Bertram
3. Sherrif Thomas McAllistar
4. Bret Stiles
5. Reede Smith
6. Bob Kirkland


One last thought:
I think that Kristina Frye will become relevant again.
She is the one and ONLY victim that remained alive after being attacked by RJ (He would have killed her simply if she was no allie as she insulted him on tv, she was a woman and she meant a lot to Jane at that time). I am 99% sure that she is a very Close friend and maybe even complice of Red John.

I believe that Red John is Raymond Haffner but that he also Bret Stiles, huh?, some of you might be thinking but just bear with me for a moment.

Red John is connected to visualize, we know that Haffner was "on a wrong path" as a kid, he said that himself. What I believe is that he killed the two visualize members at the barn that was shown in the Red Barn episode. Bret Stiles found out and decided that it would be useful to have a "killer" like Haffner around, so he sends Haffner whenever he has a problem that he needs taken care of. Haffner however really finds that he enjoys killing and can't control his urges and own fantasies so he decides to also kill people that he wants to kill thus creating Red John. Stiles finds out and feels guilty because he realizes that he has created a monster that is the reason why Stiles occasionally helps Jane but also avoids bringing him too close to Red John. 

In this theory I will state why I believe that Raymond Haffner is Red John;
-He roughly matches the description that Rosalind Harker gave about Red John, he is a little on the tall side but other then that he fits perfectly.
-He is a visualize member just like Red John.
-He is an ex-CBI agent, and knows all about the CBI's protocols.
-He is physically fit (Red John managed to outpower Carter Peak, an army veteran who had lost his leg and walked in on Red John killing his wife)
-He owns a security firm and knows about surveillance and counter surveillance techniques, this could explain how Red John would know that the seven suspects where bugged.
-He has a "thing" for Lisbon which explains why Red John has never attempted to hurt her before and also explains why he won't kill her now even though that would be a massive blow against Jane. (Lisbon will appear in future episodes) 
-He is wealthy, he himself owns a large amount of money and he is also funded by Visualize.

All in all I believe that Haffner is Red John.

Ladies and gentlemen that are in denial of the fact that Brett Patridge is dead please read the following interview with Jack Plotnick (the actor that plays Patridge) in it he clearly states that Patridge is really dead and that he won't be coming back ever. God became human and deliberately humiliated himself to redeem mankind. Haffner let Jane humiliate him so that Bertram would forgive Lisbon and her team and let them back to work.

Xander Berkeley(Thomas McAllister) doesn't look like the type of actor you would bring in for a single episode. Simon Baker didn't look like the perfect choice for Jane, but he's done a great job so far. Reed Diamond(Ray Haffner) is an underrated actor too. So is it going to be the fancy actor or another underrated genius? I'd rather go with the underrated genius, Reed Diamond.

By the way, what does it say about the fans when their top suspect since the first season was the first to go?! I'm glad Partridge went down first. Bertram is next. Kirkland is too obvious. Smith?! he sounds more like Chubby John rather than Red John. Is Stiles still alive?!
