I think we got the best clue ever and everyone is looking over it saying why... Ray haffner, scared of spiders. They left a clue a couple episodes back In the tape recording of the therapist and red john. "He has a phobia"... Arachnophobia... And with all the other clues pushed in, we now know that is the best clue that no one knew about... Let the chatter begin...
From the latest episode we know that Haffner knows about the "Tyger, Tyger" group, at least we presume so. He says that PJ didn't only pissed off a lot of powerful people. Also, that should rule him out from being in the "Tyger, Tyger" group, why would he talk about his secret group in the open? Also, to the people questioning why did RJ hire the private investigator to bug the office, RJ always gets someone to the dirty work for him. However, not in the "Tyger, Tyger" sense, nearly all of the people who do stuff for RJ end up dead pretty quickly, either by committing suicide or end up killed by RJ himself.
What I think will happen in the next episode, is that RJ won't be revealed. We can see in the promo that PJ has all of the rounded up in a room and ready to shoot whoever is RJ. Too easy isn't it? We wouldn't be able to hear his story etc. I reckon, he will ask them to show him their shoulders looking for the three dot tattoo and IMO either all of them will have it or none of them. This will leave our favourite forensics expert Brett Partridge. Until, this episode I was convinced that RJ is Haffner but something doesn;t seem right now. I reckon there will be some sort of a plot twist following the scene shown to us in the promo for the next episode.
Brett Partridge is probably dead, and was a member of the "Tyger, Tyger" group. However, I just can't see RJ being exposed so easily, in a room full of other suspects. Something will go wrong with Jane's plan.

Heller is a fucking troll man, seeing "the red tattoo" episode, make me paying attention in the first episode of the serie, a guy placing the corpse of the dead girl on the van, jane's look to his tattoo on his left forearm, and this guy don't even have something to do in the case of this episode. so why give emphasis in this scene? just above the tattoo? I may be traveling, but it was very strange. And this guy fits perfectly with the rosalind's description of the red john.
He said "Ciao, friends". We all know Red John has used italian expressions before. "Roy Tagliaferro". That could be a clue.

Look at the shadow on the front door when the PI opens it. The contours clearly shows a person with a full set of hair which excludes Bertram, Stiles and McAllister. That leaves us with Haffner. Also, remember that Haffner didn't have time to say goodbye to the CBI team. Wonder why?
PS. The reason I exclude Smith is because of his weight. According to Rosalind it can't be him.
