i have a theory that may or may not be plausible
( sorry for bad english )
lets go :
now afer S6E4 we know that there is a tyger tyger conspiracy
and many of you think that red john is 90% is in this conspiracy
but i think that he dont
i think that he is againt this conspiracy
ok . first of all
brett partridge who was in this conspiracy said before he was dead " tyger tyger "
also reede smith and the police man after bob kirkland's death said " tyger tyger "
and red john said the whole poem when he saved patrick jane and he didnt not just said " tyger tyger "
ok .. ( sorry but i like saying OK :D ) craig olaphling before he was dead he didnt say " tyger tyger " and also jason lenon ( i think he was smart and he knew that kirkland will kill him so i guess he had a time to say it )
why ? i think i have the answer fot that
red john is tyger tyger conspiracy's enemy
this is my theroy :)

one last thing .. i think ray haffner is red john because he has all the informations of jay rooth
and in the promo of the fifth episode , he will join the CBI , so i think he is red john and he joined the CBI to know the last news everyday about the tyger tyger conspiracy 
and lately i started to think that he is a little cold and mysterious

Some few observations: Everybody thought about Ray Haffner after we discovered that RJ probably was a Visualize member, and Brett Stiles may have some more connections with him.

When PJ was in the mall with Bertram, why the RJ friend (which pretended to be him), was there and with a gun? To protect his boss?

I'm not suggesting anyone, just bringing something many people thought. Who is RJ was decided since the first episode?

Would be cheating if he didnt decide since the begining who Rj is. Because leaving connections enough to make a way to show any of the 7 as the real Rj, would be a fake puzzle. If he reads blogs, he would avoid the most popular suspects.

Just to all people who think that it was Kirkland's twin who killed Lennon, twins don't look the same after 40 or so years. People's appearance changes depending on their lifestyle etc, so it would be very hard for Michael to look EXACTLY like Bob.

Notice that in the last episode, before Reede Smith killed Kirkland, when Kirkland was moving out of the van he did some sort of swallowing act. Forensics investigating his death will reveal whats in his body in the next episode.

There are two possibilities here (if he really swallowed something, wasn't his natural acting though):

1. He swallowed something that will leave a clue for Jane to find Red John/Tyger Tyger organization

2. He swallowed the instant death pill criminals use to kill themselves - This will prove that Kirkland didn't plan to run from the van as he was to kill himself through the pill. Hence, proving that he was murdered.

Jane will come to know that Kirkland new something big...we'll know in the next episode if Jane will come to know about this 'Tyger Tyger' organization or not.

Hi guys, not much of a theory but just a question to see if I'm missing something. I feel like there is a major plot hole in the series... As we found out in 6x04 Red Listed, Bob Kirkland is in no way affiliated with RJ, in fact all he wanted to do was get revenge for the alleged murder of his twin brother right? My question is, why then in episode 5x18 would he kill Jason Lennon?? Jason knew who RJ was, he could have helped him get to him. Why then would he want to kill him without asking him anything about Red John? Is there something I'm missing? Or did the writers changed their minds between seasons or something like that?

Many of Germans their last name is " Haffner " or " Häffner " , so I guess " Haffner " is originally a German name . And we remember that Red John when he went to Dr Sophie Meller he faked his name to " Jay Ruth " and Ruth is a German name !!
