So far;

- "Tyger Tyger" is organization. In this organization probably no body knows RJ identity.

- I don't think RJ is founder. Joined afterward.

- I can say that Partridge is a member of this organization. And The Red John or organization decided to kill him.

- Also Bertram , Smith and McAllister are definetly part of this organization. But obviously none of them RJ.

- Now we know that Bob Kirkland has a twin brother. And he is working for RJ.  Probably that twin brother "Micheal" Kirkland killed Lennon guy at the hospital in Season 5. That's why Bob Kirkland asking Haibach " Do you recognize me , have you seen me before ? "

So two suspect left. Haffner and Stiles.

I'm not sure but for me best candidate is Haffner.

Now we look john red or tyger tyger?

First of all, I apologize for my English (if I have in mistakes) in advance. It is
not my first language.
  


So here are my theories:




 

1) I think Red John is Ray Haffner. He is the only one out
of the 7 suspects that fits the description perfectly. (Under 6 feet tall, has
short straight hair, middle aged, of average built *not too soft, not too hard*, and a good whistler!)



 

2) Ray mentioned that he was a troubled teen and that
Visualize took interest in him and helped him out. And that is how he learned
all of his tricks on how to manipulate people and be ahead of the game, from
Visualize.



 

3) Brett Stiles knows Ray’s true identity. And the reason
why he hasn’t said anything about him is because Stiles cares about him. When
Ray first joined Visualize, he must have gotten very close to Stiles and formed
a strong bond with him to the point where Stiles sees him as a younger brother
or a son. That could also explain why Stiles is helping him out with funding
his firm.



 

4) The “Tyger, Tyger” organization is a group of corrupted
law enforcements.



 

5) Gale Bertram, Thomas McAllister, and Reede Smith are a part
of the “Tyger, Tyger” organization. So was Brett Partridge.

 



6) Red John is probably a part of the “Tyger, Tyger”
organization too, but I don’t think any of the three main members (Bertram,
McAllister, Smith) know his true identity nor do I think he is the leader of
the organization. He probably joined them for their power and the connections
they have. And he only recruits certain people into his cult from Visualize,
“Tyger, Tyger, and outsiders as well. They are aware though that he is a part
of them and that is why they are interested in Jane’s discoveries and theories about
him. They want to find out who he is so they can get rid of him because they
see him as a threat to the organization.

 



7) Red John recited the poem to Jane as a friendly warning
and to raise his awareness to the “Tyger, Tyger” organization. Maybe the other
members have their eyes set on Jane and Red John wants to keep him alive.



8) In the season six premiere, Jane must have scared
Partridge when he eyed him and talked to him. Partridge probably shared his
concerns with the other members and they could sense that he is about to break
and rat out on the organization and that is why Red John killed him. The reason
why he didn’t kill Lisbon is because Ray obviously has a thing for her. He just
dragged her out to the scene of the crime to scare her and Jane so they can
back off a bit. 



9) Now let’s come to Bob Kirkland. When he was in the
hospital with Lennon, he asked him if he ever saw his face before to find out
information about his twin brother and to know if he was alive or not. He killed
Lennon out of anger and vengeance. He couldn’t drag him out to an isolated
place and torture him because Lennon was already in the hospital and was held
in custody. And he didn’t want Jane to find out any other information about Red
John because he wanted Red John all for himself. Reede Smith killed him
so that Jane doesn’t get to him and find out the information he holds
about the organization.

 

10) In the upcoming episodes, there will be flashbacks of a young Red John. The actor portraying him looks like a young Haffner as well. :D LOOK HIM UP.

I'm not going to give a theory on who Red John is, but I just have something to say to the people who have been bringing up the He Is Mar thing and saying "if you put it together, it says Heisman"...
First of all, how the hell would some prostitute from Mexico know that Red John won the Heisman??
Second:  If she DID know that he was the Heisman winner, why the hell would she space it out so poorly and make it look like something completely different?...If she is trying to leave a clue, she wouldn't fudge it up THAT badly to make them think it says "He IS Mar" instead of "Heisman"
Just google the dang picture and I don't see how you could possibly think she was trying to write "Heisman"

Since she was some random prostitute in Mexico, my guess is that she had no clue who Red John was, so she just tried to describe something memorable about him...
My best guess is that she was trying to write "He Is Marked" meaning he has a tattoo of some kind (which could explain the episode titled "The Red Tattoo"
Maybe Haffner (or whoever RJ is) has a big Dragon tattoo on his back that we will see when they reveal him.

Just a new thing i forgot to add.

"He is man"= Heisman, the Heisman trophy is given to football players and in Ray's office he has a trophy, plus Bruno Heller said "RJ likes the cold" and Heisman sounds like iceman.

At this stage, I just hope it isn't Reede Smith. I nearly died when it was him who got out of the car last night to kill Kirkland.

Hello kids! I'm a long time reader and first time writer, I hope you'll enjoy my theory!

I think that Ray Haffner is Red John but I'll start with excluding the other suspects besides him and then I'll get to why I think Haffner Is Red John!

Reede Smith:
As
we all know in S04E24 Red John told Jane that he has a friend in the
FBI, most likely somebody high up. That friend is Reede Smith, and that
tyger tyger thing at the end of E04 proves this so I think that excludes
him from the list, he obivously is one of RJ's followers.

Gale Bertram:
Sure
he recited a poem by William Blake and is acting all shady and stuff in
front of Jane now, but it's only because he is trying to get Jane to
talk about how much he knows about Red John but he fails repeatedly.
That meeting with Bertram, Smith and McAllister confirms it. Smith asked
Bertram: "Exactly how much does Jane know?" and "It's your job to know
the answer" with a tone you probably wouldn't take with Red John. You
could see on his face that he that he didn't seem too comfortable. So I
think that excludes Bertram from the list. I think he is a follower
though.

Bret Stiles:
In 1988 Red John was a kid, Stiles was 45
years old that year. Also I don't think he would have the time to have a
duplicitous personality as busy as he is. I think he knows who Red John
is and is very careful with that information. Also I think he might be
Red John's father, in this case Ray Haffner which would kinda make sense
as he easily could provide much money for him. And we know that Red
John has much money.

Sherrif Thomas McAllister:
I'm not sure
what the deal is with this guy since we don't know much about him
besides that he doesn't fit Harker's description. He may be a follower,
he may not be.

Why is Ray Haffner Red John?
He fits the
description perfectly, he tried to turn Lisbon for another job and we
know that turning people is one of Red John's things. He was a kid in
1988, about the same year he joined visualize. He always calls Lisbon by
her first name "Theresa", as do Red John. In E02 he said that he likes
Lisbon and this is probably why he spared her in the season premiere. I
mentioned above that Stiles may be Haffner's father which would make
alot of sense with all the Red John being rich and all since he's got a
limo and paid that lady cash upfront to draw the smiley face with that
