Lisbon was yanked off-screen by Red John at the end of Episode 1 (S-6) (imagine the force necessary for doing that) and Bruno Heller announced there was a hint at the end part of Episode 1. In the last part of the next episode, it shows Ray Haffner work out with heavy dumbbells. I guess that was the hint.

Bob Kirkland: He just want to find who Red John is.
Brett Patridge, Sherif McAllister, Reede Smith & Gale Bertram: Members of the tyger tyger organization.
Brett Styles: Boss of the tyger tyger organization. (Episode 7 of season 6 is called "The great red dragon" and i believe that the great red dragon is Brett Styles so maybe in this episode, we'll discover that he is the boss of this organization)
Ray Haffner: Red John (He didn't kill Lisbon cause he loves her, good whistler and blablabla..)
If RJ turns isn't just a single person then i'd feel very cheated !!
Who's Jane supposed to kill ? Like 3 to 4 people ?

Ray is Stiles son, and heprotects him by fundin the tiger tiger organization
Alright after watching episode 6.4 I am convinced that RJ is Ray Haffner. All of the clues fit too perfectly. Rosalind Harker's description matches Haffner- He has average height, straight short hair and is around the age of RJ (late 30s, early 40s). Then there are all of the clues that are associated with Lisbon.
The only reason RJ lets Lisbon go in 6.1 is because he either has a thing for her or is in love with her. We know that Haffner offered Lisbon to leave the CBI and join his own private security agency. This is because he cares about her and doesn't want her to get hurt. RJ only has a problem with PJ, not Lisbon. Also, when RJ calls PJ at the end of 6.1 he calls Lisbon "Teresa", and out of the seven suspects on the list Haffner is the only one that calls Lisbon by her first name, "Teresa".
Then there is the clue with "He is Man". If you put that together you get "Heisman", and we know that Haffner played college football and that there is some sort of trophy in his office. Also, in the season 2 finale RJ tells PJ "Roll Tide", which is the slogan for the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.
As far as the other suspects go, we are down to five. Partridge and Kirkland are dead. DEAD. They did not fake their own deaths, that would just be poor writing. Bret Stiles is too old to be RJ and I believe that Sheriff McAllister is not a big enough character to be RJ. Reede Smith doesn't fit the description provided by Rosalind Harker as he is too fat (and you know it). That leaves Ray Haffner.
Also, check out these two clips. Haffner and RJ walk almost exactly alike, this can't be a coincidence.

The clues make too much sense, RJ is Ray Haffner.
Stiles : too old to be RJ, RJ was a teen or in his ealry twenties when he drew the face on that barn in the 80s
kirkland: DEAD
partridge: DEAD
McAllister: he's a lefty, he used his left hand to help Jane on the roof; however RJ is right handed remeber earlier how partridge explained how RJ used 3 fingers of his right hand to draw the smiley face?
Smith: i dont think he's in shape to be RJ as described by his blind mate (can't remember he name)
Bertram: it's lame but he's bald, doesn't suit the description of the blind girlfriend PLUS he's meeting with McAllister and Smith tells me int's not him
Haffner: till now i can't find a single clue to not point the finger at him

Red John must be part of the Tyger, Tyger group and tied with Visualize. The only suspect left that fits the age, physical description, and could be part of both groups is Haffner. I think members of the Tyger, Tyger group suspects that Red John is one of them, but none of them are sure who. The groups illegal activities prevents them from their own internal investigation into the identity of Red John. Bertram's interest in Jane's investigation is to keep the capture of Red John from bringing down the group. Red John being part of the group, and smarter than the rest of the group, he would have info to take them down.They want Jane to do what they cannot, reveal Red John, so Tyger, Tyger can kill him.
