SHAZAM!! KIRKLAND IS DOWN SIR!!

Ok guys, in this page there are several obsessed fans of the mentalist as me, we check every day of our lives things about the show, there are quiate a few things that has to be clear!

1. Jane is NOT  red joh for god sake.

2. Partridge is DEAD. like, reaally dead.

3. RED JOHN IS NOT AN ORGANIZATION.

4. RED JOHN IS ON THE LIST.

5. The red listed is NOT IMPLYING THAT THE LIST OS A FAKE. the list is the real one but kirkland took the information from janes office and that information was FAKE. jane has the real list. kirkland the fake one.

6.. Smith is not discarded because he is FAT.he is not fat he is ok. He will appear in episode 8 called RED JOHN with BERTRAM. confirmed.

some questions... kirkland knows who red john is because he didnt ask jason lennon ... but he CANT BE red john because red john knew the 7 suspects before he stole the board of jane. so why he wants to knwo the suspects? kind wierd.

stiles is not middled aged he is not red john, bertram recieved orders from smith when he tells ¨its your job to find out¨, red john recieving orders? impossible.

my guess haffner or smith. haffner would be a GREAT RED JOHN. but, remember haffner being fooled by jane en his first appeareance? he was acting? red john is never fooled...

episode 4 would be MORE THAN AWESOME, BEYOND EXCELLENT.

its simple. look at the seven suspects, and look at the facts, he is a mid age man, there for we eliminate the old ones, and we have ...kirkland , hafftner, smith and partdidge, the last one is dead so we have 3, red john does have a firm body but not very muscle, so smith is out for being fat, we have 2..Kirkland kills Jason Lennon by injecting him with an empty syringe,
causing an air embolus which stopped his heart. He asked Lennon if he
recognized him. Lennon said NOOO. And Kirkland said he was giving him a
peaceful death, lennon knew red john and he never gives peaceful death to nobody.
now we just have one, the one and only RAY HAFFNER

So we know that Kirkland stole a fake list of RJ suspects and because RJ has the good list i think he is not a suspect anymore so we have only 5 suspects:
- Bret Stiles - Visualize church leader                                                                                           - Gale Bertram - CBI director                                                                                                       - Raymond "Ray" Haffner - private detective and Visualize member, former FBI and CBI agent        
- Reede Smith - FBI agent 
-Sheriff Thomas McAllister - Sheriff of Napa County 

From the "pigeons theory" and the 6X03 episode we know that Sheriff Thomas McAllister "He doesn't scare of high place, like the church's deck, but he hates pigeons, and he practice hunting." Probably he kill Brett Partridge so he is accomplice.

Gale Bertram - CBI director he just doesn't seem like the type. Would be surprised if he was.

Reede Smith -  FBI agent  more likely a disciple than RJ himself. But I don't think he is even that.

Bret Stiles - Visualize church leader  there has been too much that points to him not being Red John. Plus I'm sure they would want to keep him around for after RJ is gone.

-Raymond "Ray" Haffner - private detective and Visualize member, former FBI and CBI agent it's the only caracter that  have been in all the 3 "institutions"(i don't know how to call them) he was in the Visualize at the time of "Red Barn" murders.
-He and Sheriff Thomas McAllister are the suspects that appears only in episodes with the word "red" in the title.
-He shook hands onscreen with Jane.
-Probably is a former football player (like coach Amos Van Pelt, and three of Red John's friends or accomplices: Todd Johnson, Craig O'Laughlin and Manuel Montero). He has an award in his office, lightly similar at the real "Heisman Trophy" (the word "He is Man" are written by Jared Renfrew, with his own blood and before he die at Red John's hands, in Red John's Friends).Maybe He is Heisman like the trophy.
-He's shown to be a good whistler, when leaving Lisbon's room in the Hospital. Important because Sophie Miller stated that Jay Roth (Red John) is an excellent whistler.

P.S Bob kirkland it's a mistery for me because i don't think he is Red John and way he kill that man in the hospitall.I think he will die in the 6X04 episode "Red Listed"

I think its Ray Haffner based on jane psychiatrists description . I think he didn't kill Teresa Lisbon because he is in love with her. The psychiatrists said that the person is a good whistler when Ray left Lisbon room he was whistling she also said he was narcissistic and Ray seem cocky when talking to Lisbon. I think the whole scared of height is a red herring i don't the person fear of height maybe fear of high objects or fear of flying hmmm. 

7 suspects

Bob kirkland - As the promo for Red Listed tells us,he probably isnt RJ and is just a big red herring.
Reede Smith - Viewers may feel cheated if it was him since he has only been shown for a few minutes ever
Brett patridge - Dead (unless Heller is messing with us)
Bret Stiles - Too old and his previous episodes or RJ descriptions would not make sense
Sheriff McAllister- Has been in 1 episode before season 6 and made no lasting impression on viewers
 
Leaving 2 solid suspects that would be satisfactory.

Gale Bertram - Fits the mental characteristics but not physical.However we cannot judge on Rosalinds description
Ray Haffner - Seems to fit all parts of RJ description but is an obvious choice

This being said, I know for a fact that Heller will be able to leave us all mindblown by the revalation of who is RJ and is not going to pick one of these men and just say 'Hey, I'm Red John'. There will be a lot of twists and turns until we reach episode 8.
