So...did RJ really try to plant the bug? I don't think so. I think it was the Tyger gang. PJ didn't surmise that correctly...because he hasn't quite defined the Tyger connection. Also, I don't think it was RJ who killed the PI...it was a Tyger guy. My guess is that they all have the red tattoo. PJ refers t it as leverage...makes me think he is using the existence of the tattoo to pull someone out of hiding...not sure how though...maybe one of the five real
Y is connected personally to RJ and the the fact that PJ is threatening their lives makes RJ reveal himself to PJ.

And are we sure the explosion occurs whee PJ has the suspects? Could it be another building. Maybe RJ attacking Lisbon.

Did RJ kill the PI? I'm not convinced. I think this was probably good ole Reede again following up on the Kirkland shooting. Here's why...

The TT group want to know what Kirkland shared with Jane whilst he had him in captivity - they already know he's aware of their group and want to see if now Jane and the team are now aware. - Couldn't Bertram just find out? Not without drawing attention to himself... Lisbon... any reports on a secret organisation within the Police force? No? Just wondering... plus we've already seen police bugging police right through the series.  But.. why not just get another TT group member to place the bug? Well... so that this next plot device can be unfolded...

When Jane rounds up his suspects and gets them to reveal their upper arms there are more than one of them with these tattoos. Doh! The dots are a TT group thing. Of course RJ could be a member of TT or not... that is still left open. A 3 dots tattoo is often linked to GANG violence. + No smiley at the scene or ANYTHING RJ related left. Takes seconds to leave something... but there was nothing.

Why would RJ need to bug Jane? He already knows he's on the list of suspects. Plus... RJ didn't like it when he had his phone bugged. He drew Lisbon in (pun intended) as a punishment. Doing the same thing back seems beneath him. A dirty trick he's already turned his nose up over.

By the way...If I'm RY (And despite my name i'm (probably) not...) I'm thinking Jane needs to be taken care of pretty soon. No one has ever gotten so close...boom...

Anyone else notice that McAllister has a habit of rubbing the 3 fingers of his right hand against his thumb? Most scenes he's in from this season show this. Check it out.

I mention this because Partridge said RJ draws the smiley with the 3 fingers of his right hand. Coincidence? Only time will tell!
