THE THEORIES

"He is Mar" is an "Easter Egg" for the viewers, not a clue for Patrick Jane.

I noticed awhile back that there was no middle line to make the 'H" in "He," so the first part actually reads 'IIe'.  I never bought in too much that a dying person would bother to write "who is" so I figured it must be an address (ie. Apartment 2e, 15 Martin St.), or a Bible verse (ie. 2nd chapter Mark, verse 15), or a reference to a file number, work of William Blake or a date (ie. 15th of March/Ides of March).

But...

After the McAllister reveal, I had a hunch and went back and looked at his episode.  It is episode 2 (Roman numeral II), so that explains the IIe (2 episode).  But what about the rest, it isn't "is mar(s), is Mashburn, is many, or any of the others." It should be read 15 Mar(k), as in 15 second mark (using Mar instead of Sec or even spelling out Mark because it would have been too easily solvable, it makes sense to be cryptic with an Easter egg, not if you are a dying character giving an honest hint).

Exactly 15 seconds (not roughly, but exactly 15 seconds) after the title sequence fades out the camera pans and McAllister's face enters the shot.

That would support Heller's prior statements saying he knew who Red John was from day one, possibly he backed off of that so newer characters seemed more plausible to be considered for Red John?

So, how on earth did the sheriff convince T Carter to die for him? He certainly wasn't blake association.

And... if RJ Macallister planned to kill Jane and Bertram in the same scenario, giving an end noone would ask about, would this mean that the sheriff was willing to stop killing under the RJ identity to bury the case? (maybe he would still do it under another alias).

What I mean by this is that in the end RJ didn't exist to the person who was RJ. McAllister didn't believe in RJ, and he was up to drop the character just to prevent from being caught. The sheriff always took RJ as a façade, and this is the most disappointing conclussion. It doesn't make sense. I was waiting RJ to be someone to at least believe his own delusions. A crazy man.

He played Patrick all along, even dying. Even if he was the one to kill Jane's family, McAllister wasn't RJ cause RJ doesn't exist. He was just a fiction, he makes fun of the voice.

SOOO, big question... If RJ wasn't believing his own shite, how on earth did he get so many followers and surrogates?

So many questions, and so many doubts, and gret pain no to get a decent, rational, logical answer to them.

I know dissapointment spreads through out and you feel this is the end and I'm sorry to say I feel the same way.

But don't you think this would have been a better script:

Jane is on his way to the church to meet bertram, but Jane pays a young boy to go in there in a hood and tell them that Jane sent him and he was going to pass on the message.

A Bertram is furious is orders Oscar to shoot him, but just as Oscar raises his gone he gets shot in the heart and then bertram right after… both collapse and are dead.

All we then see is a random man walk out of the front of the church but standing in the shadows and we can't see his face. Then he says in red johns famous soft and mellow creepy voice "Patrick come out, the games over and I won"

But out of no where someone grabs RJ from behind and then all we hear is Janes voice and he says "Do you know who I am" with a gun pointed to RJ'S head. (RJ did this to Jane and Jane is doing it back to him)

He then pulls RJ out and we see Mcallister looking helpless and at the same time almost delusional and laughing almost mad. Then Jane says "Your work is that of a demented sexually perverted psychopath , but I knew this day would come and it has, so say your last words and repent"

RJ says NO PLEASE YOUR NOT LIKE ME.

Jane says "NOW YOU BET FOR MERCY AFTER ALL YOUVE DONE.

and he shoots RJ in both legs and he collapses then jane takes a knife out of RJ'S OWN POCKET and says "The list was simple for you to get, because I wanted you to have it, because you see I was always a step ahead of you because you see once you got hold of the list you knew I was getting close because you were on the list and you would want to kill me before I got to you and I loured you in"

Jane says I spent my whole life making mistakes but I'm sure this one is for the greater good and he stabs RJ.

They then unveil some more things in coming episodes. PLEASE AGREE IF YOU LIKED IT AND THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER THAN THE REAL ONE AND HIT THE RED IF YOU THINK ITS NOT, COMMENT WITH OPINIONS. THANKS
IM PURELY WRITING ANOTHER SCRIPT DONT YOU THINK THIS IS BETTER THAN THE ENDING AND HELLER COULD HAVE ATLEAST WRITING SOMETHING BETTER… JUST AN IDEA

Someone on Youtube uploaded a video last month explaining why McAllister was Red John so, even if you're disappointed you have to accept that it makes sense. It fits. Like Jane said "the rest is just details".

After watching the second episode of season 1 again (Where the Sherriff first appears), it seems that he was plaanning on kidnapping Grace and making her one of his victims. Good thing Rigsby came to the rescue!
