I dont know if the leaked video is directors cut or not (video is not fake), but i am surprised by some events in past few days
1) First, why on earth will someone hack to get raw or uncut episode (take huge risk), as he now has raw red john episode, he might have next few episode video as well.
2) Which brings me to the second point, why hasnt CBS worked on banning the leak. Its everywhere, Youtube, torrents etc etc

So my theory is, its a purposeful act to confuse and disappoint passionate fans like us, so that when we see the real episode.... It would be worth it...

Some really delusional people here. I feel sorry for you. You actually think this was all an elaborate hoax for a show that is now failing in tv ratings. That they would spend millions on a fake episode, that only a handful of hardcore fans would see. There isn't even a buzz about the leak outside of boards like this. I know you are let down and hurt by the poor episode, but you are setting yourselves up for an even greater fall come Sunday.

Before you make judgement, watch the finished article on Sunday. I have heard complaints about the quality of episode, problems with the sound etc, well the leaked episode was the finished cut. There were still digital edits to be made, along with sound edits. Once all the cosmetic work has been done, it will be an enjoyable episode to watch. I look forward to see your reviews are the episodes has aired.
