See Bob talks about how Michael hit the bottle pretty bad and became a drunk. And then became clean. If you remember back when Patrick was drinking like crazy every night while staying a hotel room loreli found him with the help of red john. and she told Patrick red John's message. she said red john has been there too. hinting at the drinking everynight and got straight. So that's why I truly think it's Michael Kirkland.

I guess it's just not updated, but in imdb it says ep7 and ep8 will air on 17 November. How cool would it be if we get to watch the 2 episodes everyone's been waiting for in one night :P C'mon CBS! 

I've been thinking a lot. People keep forgetting about one very important person. Michael Kirkland (Bob's twin brother). 

We know that Michael Kirkland uses Bob Kirkland's ID (when he killed the guy in the hospital). And Bob Kirkland said that they both had a rough childhood, and someone "helped" Michael, taking him into some cult, etc. Bob thought that Red John was the one that took Michael but when I think of it, it could have been Brett Stiles. We know RJ was in visualize, so I'm guessing Brett Stiles took Michael, "visualized" him and Michael became Red John. They have all those blood rituals in Visualize. And makes sense because Bruno Heller keeps saying it's someone from the list. Michael is, in a way, in the list, being Bob's twin. The only three guys with voices similar to Red John are Brett Partridge, and he's dead, and the twin Kirklands, and one of them is dead. Makes perfect sense if it is Michael Kirkland, and it would still surprise everyone.

Do you guys agree? Think about it, makes a lot of sense.

There will no new episode airing tonight. Fire and Brimstone will air in the US, and also in Canada. This is to get back the alignment. US is the Mentalist's biggest market, CBS does not want the big reveal to be spoiled with Canada one episode ahead. 

I would put 1million dollars on it being someone no one, not even Patrick, thought about.... and that would be MICHAEL KIRKLAND. Yes michael Kirkland, Bob kirkland's twin brother. makes perfect since. Bob never found his brothers body and Michael could have easily impersonated his brother and that's when Patrick shook his hand..... boooyaaaa!!!

lots of google news links when i type in "the great red dragon". all of them reviewing the episode. Im optimistic that we shall see it!!!
