Bret Stiles knows who Red John is and they are working together to take down the Tyger Tyger corporation.

There was a very popular theory I read months ago that Red John is the son of the old leader/founder of Visualize. It was the best theory I had read at that time and now I am going to expand on it because I believe it is true.

Here is a line from the poem 'The Tyger' by William Blake.
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?
Did he who made Visualize, make Red John?

I also believe the Tygers framed Bret Stiles for the death of Red John's father (The old leader of Visualize) and Bret Stiles is innocent. Red John knows this so is on a hunt to take down the Tygers.

Take a few minutes to read this theory and I can guarantee it will make you think differently.

First of all, let me just start off by saying Bruno Heller, you have done such a good job with The Mentalist on the Red John storyline. The fact we are so close yet so far is truly incredible.

Anyways, just read.

Everyone is going in circles so think differently. Bruno Heller has made us suspect each person that is on the list but stop thinking about who is physically able to Red John. Start thinking about Red John and forget about which suspect he could be.

Red John from the start has quoted William Blake's poem 'The Tyger'. And he quoted this verse:
Tyger! Tyger! burning bright

In the forests of the night,

What immortal hand or eye

Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
Notice on the third line, it mentions immortal hand or EYE. This is a reference to Visualize as noted by Visualize's logo.
The last line is a reference to the Kirkland twins. And we have figured out Bob had a twin called Michael hence the symmetry part.

Anyway, my theory is that Red John is only ONE MAN and hates the Tyger Tyger conspiracy and has strong links with Visualize.
Visualize member Ray Haffner said Jane has pissed off people beyond Red John which is the Tyger Tyger corporation.

Bret Stiles knows a LOT more than Red John and Patrick Jane as he once quoted a few seasons back. You all think Red John is the leader and controls everything but he is just a bishop in the game and the true king is Bret Stiles.
I believe Red John has been hinting to Patrick about this secret conspiracy about the Tygers. Patrick has been trying to figure it out for some time but hasn't.
Red John failed to inform Patrick about this Tyger tyger conspiracy and now it is gone out of his control.

So the three main things are Red John, Visualize & the Tygers. This could be the three dots on the man who killed Kyra.

Let me just conclude what I've said:
- Red John dislikes the Tygers and wants to take them down.
- Visualize are good guys and want the Tygers to be taken down also.
- Red John has links with Visualize and are both working together to take them down.

One last thing which is different to all of this but I want to say.
In the poem The Tyger by WB, there are these two lines.
Did he smile his work to see?

Did he who made the Lamb make thee?

You can figure out the first one which is just a reference to the RJ smiley face. The second line makes me think Red John is the son of the old leader of Visualize.
The founder of Visualize was killed by (in my opinion) the TygerTyger group. They framed Bret Stiles and Red John knew if it was Bret Stiles, he would of killed him. But he knows it is the Tyger Tyger corporation which is why Bret Stiles and Red John are trying to take down the Tyger Tyger conspiracy group.

What about this hypno moment made by Bruno Heller?
A touch by Ray on the shoulder of  PJ and the speech: "Here's a switch for you. I'm gonna predict your future. There's a comeuppance headed your way".
Is is the same thing like with the spider?
Just typical for Bruno Heller to mess with our minds.

Bret Stiles is in the room of 5, Patrick is pretending to kill. Patrick realises Stiles has been missing since the video was sent.

What if the leverage is pointing a shotgun at Stiles who is among the other disposable accomplices?

If Bret Stiles is father of Redjohn, maybe Patrick wants Redjohn to come and rescue him. Its a small part of a bigger plan. That's some leverage, right?

Maybe Patrek shake RedJhon hands before his wife and daughter was murdered .. !!! 

Just a small theory. 

What if PJ never figured out the 7 names himself, but waited untill Red John would give it to him. 
So in this case PJ can assume that RJ is one of the 7 on the list. 
I think next episode will reveale that RJ is not one of the 7 on the list (PJ will figure it out when they are all together). RJ could have given these names because he hates the tyger tyger conspiracy and he wants everyone dead (a litlle bit the same as the fake list of PJ). 

If I had to guess who RJ is... I couldn't because I really don't know. I always thought it was the DA Ardiles... But it's just a wild guess.

But a message to BH, please don't dissapoint us. Please, for this one time let PJ be smarter than RJ :). 
End this show with a mastermind plan of PJ. A story that ends with a scene like this:
==> RJ is calling Patrick to say that he has captured Lisbon and that PJ answers at the phone: "I know xx (name of the real RJ), I'm standing right behind you". --> Bang bang, I shot you down Bang Bang... 

Hi guys, just one thing about s06e05. 
Kyra (private investigator) said the man who came to kill her had a tattoo on his shoulder. Is it only me or does anyone else find it a little strange that he came to her wearing shirt without sleeves. Was it on purpose for her to see? Or is he walking in the middle of the night with his three dots tattoo clearly visible? 
Maybe it is not that big deal, but I just thought, when this guy has this highly memorable tattoo which can identify him why would he left it clearly visible?
