Ultimate Approach to Create Best Satisfactory Theory and Ending

To do 

1- Forget about analyzing all clues one by one ,see them all together in your mind and see big picture
2-Do not consider only clues given in serial , but consider sprit of serial (Use deductive method,look all serial holistically, do not ever listen any clue like physical appearence, voice etc. 

3-Do not forget all serials will make contract with TV channel just for one season ,if ratings go well than new seasons may take place .So Producers of this serial(Bruno Heller) were actually planning to make just a simple " Smart Dedective- Obssessed Serial Killer" chase. But stuff got expended and they had to extend story by making a sensible connection with pre-defined Character of serial killer(He has to be powerfull, great network ,everywhere at same time). 

   3.1 So Do not ever expect something from an episode fully matching with previous episodes. Remember season 1 there were a different Jane and very stupid episodes, like where jane was hypnotising people, do you remember the episode where Rigsby hypnotized.Those were stupid just enjoying purposed episodes.

  3.2 Everything coming in future episodes are purposing making the serial with a great ending, because great expectation.

4- Everything depends on RJ - See the spirit of Serial

This serial based on the character RJ , not Jane. All power , all mystery,all reason of ratings are dependent on two emotions; 

  1- RJ (More clever than a Mentalist like Jane),unreachable, doing whatever he wanted,controlliing everything

  2-PJ (Emotionnaly broken, fully clever) 

Audience want PJ to reach RJ ,but the fact is audience wandering about RJ and they want to test this if PJ can be able to break RJ ,the struggle of PJ and the ultimate power RJ ,only these two are the essence of interest to this serial

  So spirit of serial requires to make RJ ultimate power symbol and PJ is the struggling one to break this power,ending has to carry this sprit.


4- CBS Channel is a a channel belonging to masonic organization called illuminati. Check the season 5x24 ,you will see a lot of one-eye pyramids symbolism. Even ,intro of each episode you first see half face of Jane, One-eye symbolizm.

2-Make things explainable from previous seasons and episodes,cover everything all clues given , all pyhsical description given etc. 
3-Kepp PJ strugglin one ,but do not kill audience small expectation possiblity a defeat of RJ by PJ

Consider all above ,this is the biggest picture what producers are going to connect all ; 

There is a secret society that RJ is managing, a dirty satanic /demonic organization. 
This organization is above police ,homeland security etc department. But it is so powerfull that ,there is a sub-organization inside CBI, FBI 

Everyone in this society is knowing RJ as master. And there is an hyrearcy between people, so there is decades of Red Johns, from organization making killings, but using same voice . So blind girl will define RJ different, someone else will define it different. Lorelei will say you shaken hand with thim, but how can we sure these girls met same person and original RJ ???  SO there is more than one person disquising RJ with permission from RJ's organization.

Jane will discover this society within Police departments firstly, than he will find out how this society is great and visualize is an antagonist organization against RJ's organization, PJ will cover also this in late ly coming episodes. 

Visualize and his leader will help to catch PJ to RJ ,but will not be enough, cause RJ will be connected by satan/demon himself.(Because of CBC Channels' masonic symbolism purposes)

Conclusion

1- RJ has never been shown off before
2- RJ is not someone from the list
3-RJ will be a person not fitting with any description given
 

Its no coincidence Patrick started helping the CBI on the Redjohn case 10 years ago. Redjohn has always had an eye out for Patrick. Redjohn knew Patrick from their days in the carnival. What makes me so sure?

Tangie Ambrose, same age as Jane + in the carnival, comes for the episode with the flashbacks of Redjohn.

- Bertram calls Patrick the 'Boy Wonder' (in season 3 I think)

We know that's what Patrick's father called him + its what their show was called. Who else knew Patrick's father and called him a con man? Bret Stiles and Sean Barlow. Sean Barlow even suggests RJ is psychic, but we know he's not.

Who else is supposedly "psychic"? Kristina Frye. The "Roll tide" trick could be done if say someone like Haffner, a former-football player like O'Loughlin, who knows Redjohn, (maybe won Heisman cup), knew the waiter from a while ago. So she's on RJ's "team." Ellis Mars? He gives Patrick a calling card with a tiger... Tiger, tiger?  

- McCallister when he first meets Patrick mocks him, saying "You psychic or something?"
- Partridge asks him "Hoovering up the psychic ectoplasm there?"

Anyway, Rosalynd Harker is the right age to be the dying girl Patrick and his father conned. But how could Rosalynd ever be known by name to Redjohn? We know Patrick leaves his father. Does Alex Jane find another apprentice and mention to him, how his son Patrick left, and his last con which he nearly ruined with the dying girl?

How does Bret Stiles know Alex Jane? Did Bret have a son who worked on the Visualise farm, the one who murdered 2 people? Did Bret Stiles' son run away to the carnival after Patrick had already left his father? Did he becomes Alex Jane's new apprentice? We know Alex Jane resented Patrick for what he did. Haffner is an creative surveillance expert, a good tool for Redjohn. Did he help track down Rosalynd Harker? Is that how Harker really met Roy?

We know one of the Kirkland's said "We moved for Dad's work. We moved for Mom's work" to Lisbon. Were they in the carnival maybe? Is that where Redjohn was? Is that why Bob Kirkland thought Patrick Jane was Redjohn? I mean how else would Michael randomly meet Redjohn?

Why did Jay Roth go to meet Sophie Miller in person? He really did want to meet someone close to Patrick. 

I posted a theory about the three dot tattoo. That gangmembers had those kind of tattoos and that Cho was a gangmember. But i did not mean that Cho was Red John. Maybe Red John used to be a gangmember and Cho was in the gang with Red John?

My theory is that someone messed up.

What we know:

Physical description from a blind woman, who may or may not have been prompted by Ray T. to give a bogus description to the CBI.

We have possible sightings of RJ, in several scenes, which may all be red herrings.

We have seven names of suspects provided by RJ, neither confirmed or denied by Patrick.

RJ is fond of poet and artist William Blake's work.

Red John is not psychic, what he knows about Patrick and the CBI is provided by  his contacts in

law enforcement.

He is probably not a high profile figure in Law enforcement because he would be too easily recognized if he put on a guards uniform and walked down the corridor. For him to be effective he needs to be able to blend into the background. He also has some connection to Patrick's personal life including his time traveling with the Carnival, it would not be easy for some one to insert themselves and become trusted by the Carnival community.

There have been several good options for suspects, but none of them are on the list.

Do you remember the last episode of season 4 when a little girl is asked by Red John to tell Jane something? well SHE saw red john SHE can identify him if Jane shows her all the photos of the suspects.
